I think you're possibly right, although markets usually see redundancies as a good thing, to me this seems to be EZY waving the surrender flag to the competition. Ryanair and Wizzair can clean up now when the time comes, and cherry pick the best routes, particularly from Southend..
I shall not be investing.

It must be a very long time then since there were 2 or more increases then in a year.

I see these have increased from 1st July for stamped items/across the counter items. This seems to have been kept very quiet.
There is now separate pricing (lower) for on-line originated parcels.
I missed all this being introduced, I must pay more attention (and more for post office/stampedparcels!).
I can't help but feel this is the start of a slippery slope having two different pricing structures, but I guess it means they are trying to reduce customer costs to reflect competition on-line.
