The US-based investment bank also said that Rolls-Royce requires at least £6 billion worth of new equity in order to survive the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic, so we would expect more than one equity raise in the next 12-15 months,’ JP Morgan analyst David Perry said in a note.
Rolls-Royce will see total cash outflows of about £6.3 billion in 2020 and 2021, with net debt expected to hit around £20 billion next year. Prediction is likely based on the coronavirus pandemic remaining a fixture until early 2022, with the World Health Organisation (WHO) admitting earlier this month that a viable vaccine won’t arrive until then.

1st target and consolidation round £28-£30 million market cap round 5p region?
Next month TTAU moves to main market, then we could get pumped to £50-60m market cap over couple months, would be a very nice Christmas present.
But if compared to other mining micro/junior companies on AIM they have been on a bull run and pumped recently to £60-80m! So TTAU price target of 5.54p is conservative by Align Research. TTAU when listed on Aqui Exchange was valued over £13.6m and so far has spent nearly £8m on exploration/drilling! JORC resource expected within 6 months following 3,500m of drilling and hope to see at least 8-9p target if gold moves up to $2500 per ounce.
Rio Tinto has pegged acreage next door to Tectonic’s flagship project !

UFO alien metals market cap £56-60m!? Tectonic Gold market cap £6-7m is peanuts compared to other joker mining companies, TTAU should be very minimum £50-60 million market cap compared to others if not much more and then gradually with some news share price increasing over the years to £200-300m market cap and perhaps reaching GGP valuation £800-900m, maybe RIO Tinto JV partner or could be bought out/takeover at some point, 35g per tonne of gold this is no joke.
If you don't want to take RI, you sell NOW! Otherwise you'll be diluted and will loose more than 70% of your value! Say if you have £1,000 after right issue... you can sell your RI too.. Read the link below.
What does the rights issue mean for Rolls Royce shareholders?
The rights issue will see Rolls Royce allow existing investors to subscribe to 10 new shares in the business for every three shares they currently own. To provide an example, if you owned 1000 Rolls Royce shares at the time of the rights issue then you would be entitled to purchase 3333 new shares.
The new shares will be issued at a price of 32p, which is a 41.4% discount to the theoretical ex-rights price (TERP) per share of 54.6p on the day before the rights issue was announced.
The rights issue is significant for investors. Taking up your rights will allow you to retain your stake by buying more shares at a discounted rate. Those that don’t take up their rights will be heavily diluted.
The recapitalisation will result in 6.43 billion new shares being issued, assuming all rights are taken up, which would result in Rolls Royce’s share capital increasing 333% from 1.93 billion to 8.36 billion shares in issue. Any shareholder that doesn’t take up their rights will be diluted by almost 77%.

Goldman is trading RR like anybody else... Doubt they are only in for RI, from the Holdings RNS you can see they keep reducing RR holdings. Probably they have loaded from 150 down to 100 and have been reducing positions at 220-230 region.

sky news today: and the best part 'the Government is monitoring situation and could inject funding'!
@ The government has been closely monitoring the company.
@ Rolls-Royce is a rarity in corporate Britain because of the state's golden share, which gives Whitehall a veto over certain strategic decisions.
@@ It remains possible that the government could inject funding directly into Rolls-Royce, although it was unclear on Wednesday whether that formed part of the immediate plan.
@@@"No final decisions have been taken as to whether or when to proceed with any of these options or as to the precise amount that may be raised."
