We've got 1m unused capacity on a weekly basis for Elisa tests.. currently only have Antibody, if we can get the Antigen one signed off and tech transfer done then this should boost sales. Double the margin of the LFT as well.

Yes but you need antibody tests to test effectiveness of a vaccine (wish we had a T cell test as well but we don’t)

They are also good for gauging herd immunity and screening of the population.

Antibodies do provide some form immunity so as long as you have them then the rest will be useful. They also have the antigen test which they will use that capacity for.

There’s plenty of room for ODX NCYT Avct - just about waiting for the govt orders. The US is a tough cookie to crack as they prefer patriotic home based companies like Abbott’s, especially in an election year

They’re scaling up to 1m LFT and 1m lab tests by October. Waiting on new machinery.

The trial is Optigene but includes Avacta and those other firms that a privately owned. They are extending the Southampton trial into the community.

CE marking In Q4 of the year according to CEO Of Omega. Mologic haven’t really been speaking much as they are a privately owned co.

It’s very likely the Antigen test that Mologic and Omega Diagnostics are working on as well. It’s still in early stages of development but Mologic track record is fantastic.

Best scientists that have made gold standard*

Mologic developing a lateral flow antigen test, will be more Se/Sp than Avacta as they have the best Scientists that have made tests already.

However. I feel like they are missing a trick by prioritising the ELISA antigen test!
