Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Goodness me, this board has some great insights.
I agree in not rocking the boat with NCM, though TMT has great point on proving up the asset to get better JV terms and shareholder value. My favorite thing about the NCM JVs is the spreed at which they are progressing - this is why we are at 35p today and not 2022. That said, if we had a 50/50 JV with NCM for Scally, what is NCM motivation to develop Scally at lighting speed and feed to Telfer, instead of using those resources on HAV or Juri? Rhetorical question which I don’t know the answer to.
Funny thing is, with all of these scenarios, it’s hard to find an outright losing proposition.
Hi Red,
I think others on here like Paddy, Merc, Hyrdo have said it best. Assuming Scally is a hit, why give up our golden goose to revert and become SolGold. If this truly is district scale potential, we can ultimately be sat on 20-30% of the lot (Hav up to PRE) with, relatively speaking, minimal spend.
If we do want to initially explore Scally on our own, there are more and more financing options becoming available to us with the growth of HAV. That said, I’m all for JV’s because of the certainty it brings, lack of dilution, and the growth in SP.
Now put the above in the context of the macroeconomic forecast, peak gold production, printing of fiat and manipulation of the precious metal markets. That’s why I’m ready to put my feet up and watch us progress different JVs in the Paterson over the next 5 years.
This is a good book you can’t put down, and I put a lot of it down to GH foresight and thinking big picture to avoid certain downfalls that many explorers experience.
What is GGP motivation to sell HAV? NCM are now deterred from getting our 5% FMV on the cheap, much less our entire share.
With GGP on a clear path to production, I’m not sure our acceptable sale price would allow any decent margin to a potential buyer.
This is what a win win for all parties looks like. Sit back and enjoy.
Oh, and we’re just talking HAV by the way ;)
Absolutely Merc, great post - Occam’s razor, the likely explanation doesn’t take that much thought. That said, I understand the discussion around the topic, this is an emotional and life changing share for many.
He was set for life last summer, by next summer his great grand children will be set for life.
Was a strange day, it’s usually the opposite. Seemed to be early buying pressure, thus I would venture to guess the drop was a bit of games. Perhaps a closing UT around 5 percent up.
Interests to hear others thoughts.
All fun and games though, all you should be interested in is the final chapter which will be many multiples of where we are. IMO.
Difficult to wrap you head around finance from an unnamed bank being imminent, then they said raise at least several million dollars, following which they said restructure the company and assets.
IMO,at the stage incompetence would be a best case scenario.
I’ve always watched this company from afar, as the asset was/is interesting.
Not sure why anyone would buy with consolidation seemingly imminent.
A lot has also changed since the earlier broker note, suggest you divide the price target by 4x as a best case.
What is it with this term. Seems investors (or gamblers) these days are ready to lose all of their holding (albeit this weeks lunch money), if there is an outside chance that the share might defy the odds and ‘ten bag’. But they’re not happy with a ‘five bag’...which I understand to be 500%?! F me.
Wouldn’t you rather put it into a stock with proven fundamental and clear upside, no risk of losing it all, and settle for 30%.
Anyways, I still find it funny GGP is on AIM. It’s like AC/DC playing at the local high school talent show.
Oh, and I’m gonna five bag from here by Christmas 2022. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
Agree Strum, Badshah took the time and even provided references, which I for one appreciate. It’s an interesting discussion.
MM’s were offering near Ask for millions of shares leading up to close, and I don’t think we’ve yet seen the reasons why.
The UT price was never going to be for us simpletons, anyways, so I’m happy in that we can hopefully continue next week on fundamentals alone, no games.
If they do want to go on a raid, I’ve got a spare $75k in the barrel, safety off.
