But the fact is that as of today we have not received the SH RNS, because clearly SH is not ready and we don’t have the proof of concept for SYME. maybe that comes tomorrow, who knows (no one on this BB) but till it does from my perspective everything else communicated by the company is noise.

This is what we need . Release the below and then let’s enjoy the rerate.

All the comms over the last few months have just painted the picture of the future potential getting bigger and bigger....

We don’t need more potential, we know it is massive, we need to prove the concept!

I really hope we get that SH RNS soon. When I see tweets , interviews , q&a I just see it as distraction tactics because SH announcement is delayed.

I wouldn’t mind if AZ didn’t have a habit of settling aspirational deadline which he never seems to hit.

Please release the SH RNS before we resume trading, then we can all fire our rockets and join JR at his top slice price LOL.

This is the information we need and is due. If it could be released prior to the lifting of the suspension that would be ‘ace’

Here’s a crazy idea. Why not just release the news we are all waiting for and was indicated as being communicated in Jan.

I would rather an RNS with clear information than a cryptic tweet which is completely valueless! Why even tweet when the share is still suspended?

Next we have the q&a... brilliant more fluff. Personally I want the facts now, not the hype.

I was going on the below alleged syme email response below which says they are waiting for the date and time from the Regulatory Authority....three days later and still waiting?????

Before we could apply to the Regulatory Authorities for the suspension to be lifted, both the Audited Accounts for the 12 month period ended 31 December 2019 AND the Interim Results for the Six Months ended 30 June 2020 were required to be published. This was done last Thursday 28 January and Friday 29 January 2021 respectively. With both these sets of results published, we were then able to request the lifting of the suspension from the Regulatory Authorities which we did last Friday. We are currently awaiting confirmation from them of when the suspension will be lifted and dealings recommence.

End of suspension will be shortly after we receive the RNS informing us.

Unfortunately, I don’t believe they requested trading to resume last Friday. It doesn’t take them 3+ days!! fastest time can be just 30 minutes.

Suspension can be lifted at any time. From the official information posted here it takes a minimum of only 30 minutes to lift suspension for an ‘urgent’ request. So I imagine normally it’s hours or at most a day.

I guess unless it is super urgent then it makes most sense to do this for the opening bell.

Still doesn’t explain why we are waiting for 2 days+ after the release of the financial results.

Guys you HAVE to release an RNS to the market, you can’t just start trading again without informing shareholders and the market in the official way I.e. an RNS.

This is the whole point of the RNS system it it the official news flow for companies to release information that may impact share price.

I don’t think housing is a good analogy. Yes you can rent a house but you can’t then sell in a declining market with a hope you can buy it back at a lower price.
