...up to .58 - fomo or RNS logged??
exciting times for SYME!
Nice to see some numbers in a post rather than just opinions.
Thank you!
I've no regrets!
No Russian investment company is going to part with a significant amount of cash (£7.9m) at 29p for a measly few % profit.
We are fortunate to have the chance to top up again at these levels today.
Good luck to all invested - rums all round.
They're going to sell WK to NN and then mine the new bits and MT with Rosgeo.
All very exciting. Rums all round.
Ignor, it's an old one sorry
Do we already know about this almost 1m buy from PHE on 22nd Jan?

seems like a good fit!
Assuming it was showing promise, I wonder how soon after 28 days from first dosing they would announce the 'seamless' move to phase 3? Or is it so seamless that we wouldn't be told about it?
Just picked up my teacher wife's first batch of lat flow tests today, they come in a box of seven!
They're made in China though, by xiamen Biotime Biotechnology Co. LTD. Does anybody know what stats these ones have ?
no doubt schools/kids will be self isolating with false positives or missing cases using these.
CE marking cant come soon enough!

I don't understand this Tik Tok you speak of tillywizz, all sounds a bit modern for a pirate to me.
The Cornish lot are these guys, bunch of right legends:

Not a bad song but can we have some Led Zep instead?
Or maybe one of that Cornish sea shanty band epics would be more suitable?
Interested to know what you lot are going to do?
My plan is to sell half on the first offer and go chase some other rainbows, then hold half to see what happens and if there is any kind of bidding war after, assuming no suspension and the opportunity to do so of course.
It feels close to me - non-bindings offers (I read that as multiple) were confirmed 14th Jan, so almost 3 weeks ago now.
Good luck anyway, however you intend to play it!
Rums all round. ARGH!

I wonder why they would tweet this if they aren't involved...
BBC saying mobile testing units dispatched to a number of neighbourhoods - sounds a bit like versalab to me.
The clues are there:
Reading the £406m contract it states that more Q32 and Q16 will be delivered immediately following in service validation.
The RNS stated they have been validated:
"Novacyt's PROmate™, a new product to improve the workflow efficiency when used with the Company's q16/q32 instruments successfully completed an in-service validation conducted by Test and Trace's Technology Validation Group (TVG), with the TVG concluding the performance of the PROmate™ aligns with the acceptable standard for point-of-care (rapid testing)."
So I can only assume they are being rolled out now, which fits very nicely with the leak by Chris Harrigan on linkedin.

nowt wrong with topping up on the way down - so long as it goes back up again, which I suspect it might!
Makes me feel relatively comfortable to buy as much as I can at 25.45p!
Hoooooold!
Rums all round.
Not sure if this has been shared before but there is a DHSC led study out for tender which includes the following description regarding the numbers of tests they will be conducting:
"The study shall recruit on average approximately 35,000 participants per month throughout the period until March 2023. During this time, the number of active participants will typically be approximately 450,000, although the study will only be testing at peak effort approximately 130,000 a week. All participants shall be swab tested and up to 20 % of participants shall also receive blood tests for antibodies. The number of Study Worker visits shall therefore scale accordingly based on an average household size of approximately 2 participants"
Whilst not a contract specifically for Novacyt, I think this highlights the levels of ongoing demand for PCR kits being used in the lighthouse labs, which I believe we supply. Link below:
