Resolution 8 says

To authorise the directors to make market purchases of ordinary shares of the company as set out in the notice of the meeting

Can’t find any notice of meeting in Rns or on web site

I got the same letter. AGM 2/7/2020

Problem with that is they drop even quicker ??

The listing process is continuing and is in the hands of the Authorities therefore the Directors have no influence over the timetable to listing. All information which is being requested is provided promptly by the Company. The website was last updated on the 8th July 2019 and there has been nothing further to report since. We will keep the website updated as and when more information is received.

The warrants are 1p so some could well be exercised, this needs to be RNS,d. It then up to the the owner if they sell the share but quick profit if they did. Also cash for the company

Are disrupting the board no one can see anything constructive because of the amount of posts they make which is amazing considering they have little or nothing invested
Can I suggest you all report their posts as disruptive
