With guaretees, milestones and penalty payment for non compliance. A company with expertise will execute the programme in house thus saving money. Get production upto 15000 bopd. Take our 49%. Let the cash come in. Reinvest elsewhere. Build a billion dollar company

My hunch is india haven’t spent over $1 billion on a refinery without looking to secure crude for it. If indeed the refinery is completed in 2026, time is running out. They need our oil. And a massive drilling campaign needs to happen April 2026.
