Re JV negotiations, all parties would have signed NDAs so by its very nature you won’t know anything. These things just happen and come out of the blue generally (assuming their no leak)

Unfortunately for many here, they can’t seems to fathom that progress isn’t linear. This is a completely different game from receiving a monthly salary
