This has been clear to me and to be fair some posters have worried about the MBU capability to exert pressure to Bens Creek Operations over the rail link so Im happy to see the BC Operations take ownership of the railtrack, and they have agreed a price that sees no profit to MBU, this seems like a planned business strategy of keeping parcels of the business apart until the business is stable / proven etc.
Seems good news, and as I say the ownership of all parts of the business and realtionship to MBU is all in the IPO.

I'm sure the UK Govt will authorise an above inflation rail ticket price increase as soon as this is over. They have agreed to a delay in increase only to March (I think) as a concession to cost of living at moment.

Rail ticket price covers what ?.

Problem is it can take some time to view all their posting history, the backslapping agreement with other posters to detect a theme and a possible motive.

Good luck to him if he's managed that, but I can't imagine it, but I am seriously devoid of any form of financial knowledge as to what is possible. Did he buy the debt of the old company and get given shares in the IPO.

Could our new broker be buying up shares in readiness for their update and large demand?

Rak, Good luck, I think I would like to load a whole lot more in but I'm going to try to follow my own advice and try to apply a degree of diversification. But for me the fundamentals and some of the back stories starting to develop are leading me to believe that a bit of released cash from elsewhere could find itself in Ben.
In the scheme of things there are some serious holdings out there between MBU and AW and some of the key staff so they've got a lot more skin in the game than I will ever have, but there disposable income may dwarf mine so my risk may be greater than theirs.

I just checked the March 22 financials and David Harris is indicated as having 200000 shares, might the current SP be getting held back to allow some interested parties to load up a bit? ( Can that really happen ) or has DH loaded up more between March and now.

I understand all who have their holding where they want it to be will be eager to see the SP take off, but if it could just wait a little longer, max 10 days hopefully I will be happy to increase, but if it takes off earlier heh-hoh were all winners.

Blue, I think we all share your thoughts about why the price isnt moving but I believe that things will rerate only when the production and profitability figures are firmly proven in financials RNS. Not long now and for me its hopefully going to allow me one last decent top up at these levels.

Your back in allegedly, so do you believe the RNS that the DFS will be completed by end of year?
Or like alot of is here, do you hope it will, but wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't.
It doesn't matter what any of us think, only issue
or notification of completion of the DFS will satisfy. If they are not published or mentioned as being complete it only adds to the general malaise that can exist across the BB but baiting someone for their utterances unless totally fabricated seems pointless. It just creates noise.
