Personally, the best for me is to sell the group for breakeven or small profit and divest ROW as 'CINEWORLD STRONG' as a new PLC with its own debt facility and same shareholders. That would be 300-400m market cap with zero debt.

I would expect a news with press briefing should be ready by the end of the day.

As Hexam pointed out, They are not selling CINEWORLD shares. They are selling 'the group' assets which are under c11. Regal, cineworld and picturehouse cinemas. Proceeds will likely go to lenders first. Mooky's share are not preferred shares.

Seeing as there is an 'offer', there must be a settlement amount/terms already in the books. Judge Isgur could probably force them to accept a term with the C11 or otherwise kick them off the unsecured lenders team.
