Namibia has an existingr ai line running between Windhoek -Swakopmund/ Walvis Bay

Ongombo (AFP) is very close to Windhoek only ~20-30 km away.

• The NLZM plant is near Swakopmund, and the Walvis Bay port is connected by rail.

• This makes a rail corridor already in place between the mine regions and the coast,

Colin Bird has said in past interviews that:

. He received quotes from Namibian rail operators for bulk ore transport.

Rail becomes economic once you're hauling >200-250 km.

•It significantly reduces the cost per tonne compared to trucks.

This aligns perfectly:

• Hope & Gorob -> NLZM = ~190 km (truck likely cheaper)

• Ongombo -> NLZM - ~320-380 km (rail becomes the better option)

So Ongombo could realistically use:

• Truck to a rail loading point near Windhoek, then

r . Rail to Swakopmund NLZM plant or Walvis Bayport

This is likely the scenario Colin Bird was talking about.

Yes CB left the board of Jubilee in 2022 but they still pay him for his services to Jubilee so do some research and you will see they recently paid him in shares and he still owns around 5% of Jubilee,

• He no longer sits on the board, so formally he has no governance / voting powers as a director.

• But he remains a meaningful shareholder. That means he still has economic skin in the game-and could influence direction via his shareholding (though less directly).

I have the same amount invested in BZT and AFP but keep thinking of putting all in BZT, but IMO BZT might might join up somehow with AFP and if that happens AFP would re rate very quickly, what's your thoughts ??
