UT lowest price of the day, never a good sign for a first day drop. That Million pound sale looks interesting posted after hours, tomorrow and Friday will balance it out. I watched the share all day, it never looked like bouncing. It is good to see the Directors having plenty of skin in the game, make no mistake good value at this price, but even better, if it drops another 10%.

I agree, standing on the wings, the outlook over the next 6 months does not look great for house builders.

‘Marshall’s is still the go to choice for many products’, you need to do an analysis of the market, paving and brick is an extremely competitive market and Marshall’s are not the market leader in either. I know the company well, but they are facing headwinds, think on that the share price was punching 840p four years ago. The board need to up their game.

The Construction Industry is in for a torrid time H2:25, so another profit warning will see this fall further. I was tempted to buy this morning but it looks like it will fade. Make no mistake, a well ran company with fantastic products.

I can’t see this dipping below 150p, From the research I have done this seems a solid company.

I am hoping it dips below 180p, looks good value to me at this price. I remember buying this at 215p in April after the last PW and it soon bounced up to 245p then sold. Difficult for LTH’s but great trading opportunity for traders.
