Saxon, I don't know if this helps or just muddies the water even more but according to the MS website Rebif is self injected under the skin, i.e. sc, for the MS application. IV can be by injection or drip.
Mary, yes - I thought I had poster a later note but must have hit the wrong button.... Merck's IBF 1a is called Rebif and is the one used for MS therapy. It is given by injection i.e. sc. Faron's is intravenous. Merck donated to the INSERM discovery trial and 290,000 units to the WHO Solidarity trial. Wish I could find the same info for Traumakine.
Quesera, sorry, I jumped in too quickly. The trial referred in the article is the Discovery trial sponsored by the French health research Agency INSERM. WHO Solidarity is a different trial but similar therapy options.
"Interferon beta-1a is a cytokine in the interferon family used to treat multiple sclerosis. It is produced by mammalian cells, while interferon beta-1b is produced in modified E. coli. Some claims have been made that Interferons produce about an 18–38% reduction in the rate of MS relapses. "
There was some confusion over the weekend as to whether IFB was completely dropped with the HIV drugs or whether it was now be used in the WHO trial eiher alone or in combo with remdesivir. If it is one of the last two men left standing then these prices are just a glitch. If not, ???
Too many years of his obsessive ranting ruined what used to be a moderate and useful BB. And always difficult to tell if his fawning acolytes were realling adoring followers or just multiple incarnations of the holy one. Having said that I am still banking on his £10 by the end of the month being bang on the money.
Hi Dibs, I got massively savaged by the same dog. Completely taken in by his friendly face and tail wagging. Been very cynical about RNS and video PR interviews ever since. Bought some here a long time ago when it was pennies and not played with it since then. Just keeping fingers crossed.
RE: Share holders meeting on Monday 29 June26 Jun 2020 08:01
A public company must hold an AGM within six months from the end of its financial accounting period (or such earlier date as may be specified in its articles of association (Articles)), following which, the company’s annual accounts (which must be laid before the meeting) must be filed within the same time period.
