Sorry to be annoying, Homer!

I called early this morning and left a message - no reply.

I also sent another email to Corey Burns , project management officer, Office of Orphan Products development, FDA..

I again included the product name, glaucoma, optic fibrosis, nanogenics, and N4Pharma, N4P.

She maintains she has nothing of those names.. she gave me another link and I typed in everything but didn't come up with anything..

I'm taking it 100% that Nigel has submitted this but I am puzzled about the lack of reference.

One thing I do agree with many posters on here - I really do think that Nigel (and the other non-execs) should be dipping their hands in their pockets big time.

If Nigel really does believe this will become a company valued at £100smillons to £2Billion eventually, I am puzzled about this.

It really does create some cognitive dissonance between belief and reality.

I did used to think that the share options were enough, I think I've changed my mind on this.

At the very least, share purchases would inspire confidence.

I do wonder whether they're waiting for the next fundraise and will be part of that.

Maybe if you're balls deep and feeling a bit nervous, don't dip in again.

I was balls deep before the last fundraise..best part of 2.5 - 3million shares .. can't remember how many exactly.

I sold at quite a loss. Too much risk involved, and decided this was a share to trade from that point on.

Shame really because I really would have liked to have believed in the product. But I don't trust the BOD and I think something catastrophic will happen to shareholders at some point - going private etc.

I think we discussed all the technicals of this product ad nauseam over many months. It's unknown how this product will fit in to the general scheme of things and whether it will make much of an impact financially..seems to be the same kind of cost as a CT Scan (but obviously fewer side effects)

Still not expecting any great shakes with the revenue, but I certainly hope they don't screw up the product launch.

I'm guessing if they are cashing out at a loss, they would be pretty sure that the launch will be into the next financial year.

Fundraise is an equal bet. Although if they raised it anything less than 1.4 p it would be poor form..

Although this company betray poor form at every single turn.

I'm guessing any fundraise will be to keep them going until the next cash injection and I wouldn't expect it to be a large one (I wouldn't expect it to be much more than £500k)

Yesterday's big trade could have had them all for 1.54p today. I've taken a punt on the fall today.

It could be another pre fundraise or it could be people selling off before tax year to fix a loss.

Or a multitude of other things..

I would still like to talk to Nigel because information is usually leaned between the lines and from tone rather than the words themselves..

Although in this case I'm sure he can't say too much more - although there is something that I'd like clearing out.

When a company goes for full FDA approval about something every time they ask a question the process starts again..

Ie the 3/6 month timing ground zero (you can look that up, it's a rather frustrating aspect of FDA applications)

Although I do not know whether this applies to orphan drugs too

I think that is the root of this problem. I don't think the person over there was disingenuous but I think he's used AI which has come up with the wrong answer.

I talke to Nigel years ago when the Viagra project was on the go.. certainly can't remember the number or anything.

But I'm also saying from my contact by email and looking on the official FDA site, there is no record of this application (deramping, I'm taking it in your mind)

And then all I've told you is that several weeks ago I emailed the FDA and they said they had no record of this application.

Why don't YOU contact the company or the FDA?

Do some actual work instead of sniding on here in the lazy way of most posters.

The poster on advf .. claims this information was on Google 24-hour last night about FDA approval.

I'm sceptical but retain and open mind.

All I'm saying is that if you look on the FDA site there is no mention of it, and the email I got said they had no record of it.

It may be listed as something else or.. I don't know.

I don't think the company would lie about this. But I'm not saying that or suggesting it.

But it does leave me a little puzzled.

Aren't you a little curious when something like this is posted?! Doesn't it make you want to look further and check if it's true instead of waiting for an RNS.

From someone (me) with a journalistic and scientific background it piques so e curiosity, surely?

Someone over on the other site (Adv..) claiming that n4p has obtained orphan drug status for ECP105.

He has posted what looks like some sort of copy and paste from somewhere..

I've had a look on the FDA website and can't see anything.

I didn't mention anything s few weeks ago because I didn't want to worry folk, but I searched everywhere for any reference to N4P/Nanogenics Orphan drug status and couldn't find anything.

I then emailed the FDA orphan drug section and got an email back saying they had never heard of it!!

Now whether this was an administrative error etc I don't know.

I'm just wondering whether this claim on the other site is real or BS.

Anyone got any additional information?
