I got the impression they had quite a few questions come in past 24 hours so expect Chris is keen to talk further about the significance of Fridays RNS.

Dev Clever is the ONLY gamification business that is part of the Oracle Network. That in itself is huge and that's why they have been featured in their exhibition shows multiple times over the past few months. Dev has integration into their EPOS system and the unique thing is that Dev is the only company with that access currently. The market will catch on when Chris gets on a podcast or interview next week and explains in more depth. He also be at the UK Investor show at RNS of next week which will help people properly understand the magnitude of this tie up.

Yes the large majority of trades today have been buys. The last 4 trades are buys thats for sure. But reported as red

Market is definitely sleeping. People like cold hard facts and figures and are too lazy to read. Its a traders market as genuine investors would look at the newsflow DEV has had over the past couiple months and be piling in. Not hard to see this as a £100m mcap company soon. However as always the intelligent people will quietly accumulate and wait for the crowd to turn up, and i fully expect that to happen shortly.

Yes thats pretty obvious. I did hear on the grapevine that Chris had already had a few early stage offers. They have so many synergies with some of these big global brands like Oracle that its no wonder they are sniffing around. Expect a takeover before end of year. There was a coupon company apparently bought out for £400m last year and they don't do half of what DEV does as a company.

So here's an example to help people understand.

Lets say Corona come to Chris and want to do a 'Buy a Beer win £1000' campaign. Fairly standard. Chris cna create a game that goes hand in hand with that offer, and then everyone who buys a beer will get chance to play quick game to see if they win £1000... Each person who buys a beer will generate a code, DEV will get a % payout of that. So if thats plugged into all of Oracles relevant customers globally then imagine how many beers will be bought. Oracle are huge and have 40,000 huge customers globally. And thats just a buy a beer campaign. The list is endless.

The EPOS system allows data sharing which is arguably as valuable as well. Trust me this is going to be huge. Chris should be on podcast Monday to explain this to the market but its absolutely massive and the market may take a while to fully get it.
