Agreed there needs to be a rapid recruitment now there to complete that trial as well as parallel scale up manufactures and technical transfer to their manufacturers (of which ODX is rumored to be one)

I actually hope they do it the beef on the boards is very tiresome.

I'm so uncertain with AVCT. I actually am very excited about their wider portfolio especially the products for directing chemo/therapeutics to specific target tissues.

I dont like the secrecy about the COVID product. They are at validation but I've not seen design freeze or any large scale in house datasets for verification. We hear good performance but not the numbers.

The numbers announced today for validation are small scale, however, mologic did the same for first announcement of their clinical performance as did some of the big players with PCR tests at the start of the pandemic.

In summary I'm too wary to invest there however I watch with interest. Affirmer tech could be a gamechanger. Particularly in oncology.

We had to deal with Quickdraw on the ODX board last week. Keep giving him hell. Laughably one sided arguments from the perspective of PCR is God ignoring the main benefits of LFT (rapid testing, point of care, lower cost when entire healthcare economic case is analysed, lower risk of false positive)

As I countered him on several occasions PCR and LFT both have a use scenario. Think someone is nervous NCYT has topped out.

Put another small buy through today. Im still a novice investor however with the near term newsflow expected on Mologic TT and commercialisation i am confident. (lets not forget Walbrook stated that the expected test in Omegas government contract will be Mologic)

What has largely been forgotten this week is that Monday represents the expiry of the DHSC contract with Abingdon limiting 3rd party sales of ABC-19. It is a possibility that there are orders banked awaiting this expiry which is a little sweetener for me.

Look forwards not backwards IMO this company will perform better in the next 3-6 months than the last.

Even the most cautiois stimates as I have seen have profit higher than the current mcap this year

So that will be at least a 2 month technical transfer likely longer if its coming from china

Quickdraw you are demonstrating an amazingly blinkered view based upon your investment in Novacyt. Genuinely all of the text you have listed relates to Innova, a test which we all know has poor performance.

John Deeks has been an isolated voice from the start and he is becoming ever more so with the new more accurate tests online. He is a pure scientist and obsessed with diagnostic sensitivity.

On the ground clinicians want a tool they can rapidly use to assess a large number of people. PCR cannot fill this niche and we now have British made LTFs coming online with much better diagnostic sensitivity than Innova.

Its clear to me you have an agenda, and are therefore presenting a one sided view of this debate. Im also convinced that you dont really understand this area, its nuances and the different Intended Use or Intended Use scenarios of the different diagnostics in the arsenal.

Based upon the late reporting yesterday I wouldnt be surprised if they have large buy orders sitting at 1 pound
