No public health organisation will buy a test based upon sensitivity and specificity of such a small data set as the chance of statistical bias is very high. With a large dataset you can work out PPA/PPV and, more importantly, the 95% confidence interval around the observed result. Its the lower boundary of the 95% confidence interval range that gives people true, statistically backed, confidence of diagnostic performance.
Better still if this data comes from a reputable third party.
