@Throne - it’s certainly true that certain BBs get policed better than others and also true that many AIM shares are quite happy to see a single trade per day versus hundreds per minute, so influencing the price isn’t unheard of.
AIMHO and, no, I don’t filter either for the reasons you have. Although sometimes I feel like it.

What we need is another RNS this afternoon with a little more news on the other suitors. There's no change in the value of this company... would agree with the stop-loss comment earlier. Wonder how many people got caught out.

No news is just that: no news.
Which often bodes badly for AIM stocks when nothing is being shared about progress, however we aren't in that position. We are in an extended negotiation which runs until it runs out.
Imagine a game of poker where the players publicly stated their chances based on their hand without actually putting cards on the table. It wouldn't be much of a poker game.
