It doesn't add up.

Failed is a little strong and as we know, no one actually fails at anything these days. They participate but without achieving the required grade….

I can only assume that as I was walking the dog, and with no chair to support the stunt, they decided to withhold the update…
3.25 is a little pessimistic, SoaS…, even for you!!
It is August, however, so presumably they are so busy being a grown up company with diversification that they haven’t managed to stop and scribble down an update.

SeisNav - I'm not suggesting they are (as it was RNS'd that it has started...) but if it were I doubt many of us would know the difference.
If the next picture is a victorious lawyer emerging from court, clearly some branding to assist interpretation might help ;)

Fair to assume that the market wasn't questioning the truthfulness of the last RNS re drilling.... But it will hopefully highlight the fact that more a meaningly update is needed... It could be a stock-shot for all most of us know.

Fuko'79 - just on the point of why continue to hold if you have concerns... the answer is that I'm not walking away with a 30% loss; that's not really an option when you are talking more than a few ££££.
Of course, judging when to cut losses and run is a skill which for many of us is lacking: SXX (Sirius Minerals) was a good example... topping up till it dropped and finally died.
But I'm not at that point here... far from it.
I am more frustrated that the BOD seemingly have little interest in management of the SP through targeted comms. Although looking at Director holdings that might not be such a surprise....

Finally some news - albeit via social media... but it's a step in the right direction!

The fact that it wasn't dismissed as fake news, however, implies that it's another claim that will need to be addressed. Which, for me, is a reason to acknowledge through an RNS as they have done previously. And if the threatened arrests fall into the same category, likewise.

We are taking a hammering at present. If we are indeed holding an Ace and all these claims are groundless, it wouldn't hurt to say so.
