Grappa - I don’t deny that board changes can have a positive effect.

But now? Say we vote them out (which won’t happen as we are PIs not IIs..) we then go into a period of stalemate looking for someone to do a better job? What happens if the locality want to move forward in the meantime? And God forbid they have bought into this because of relationships forged by LR…

Too much change for me, sorry. Happier to get over the placing price and see this continue forwards than cause a board upset.

But that’s just MHO! At least we both want the company to succeed!

Im not sure removing anyone is going to get the company where it needs to be.

Clearly things haven’t progressed fast enough, but with COVID and the basic fact that a company in our position can’t dictate the timeline I don’t necessarily think that LR/Adam are the enemies being portrayed here.

This is AIM. All of us on this board - at least those of us who are actually invested - are clearly anxious to see a return on our investments. But mining exploration companies don’t turn into miners overnight; or even over the course of multiple years.

The asset is still in the ground. I don’t honestly believe that LR wakes up every morning smiling and thinking that he has us all over a barrel. He must want this mine to succeed otherwise he wouldn’t bother (never quite bought into the “lifestyle” company label, when it involves putting on a hard hat and scrambling around in the mud…).

We clearly needed the money. We have it. We are still in the game. (Note: unlike Sirius where the company over-committed, ran out of money and was forced to sell for a pittance. and yes, I lost a lot).

Holding. And waiting. And supporting. Just.

Engineering a low SP to negotiate a buy-out would make sense... but I would sincerely hope that it would have to be multiples thereof rather than actual.
We need more news and for NvS to address some of the comments that have been raised over the last 24hrs.

Bricks - agree it doesn't make sense... prices being paid well above the supposed placing price... although it is still an opportunity to average down if you are underwater.
Assuming we think the company is still sitting on a future mine....

Quick question: Is the second tranche in December also to be at 5p (subject to the approval at the AGM) or would that be priced according to whatever they feel like at that point?

Fair point, RB, although I guess they were always going to dam*ed if they did, and dam*ed if they didn't... :)

3.3m of the 4.3m (ie, 76% of the sample ) = 0.7% Cu
1.8m of the 4.3m (ie, 40% of the sample) = 0.8% Cu
And 2 intervals of 1+% Cu

And that's just from the 4.3m we have sent so far.

@Ella - what is wrong with announcing that the entire sample we sent has come back with good results? Or have I missed something (happy to be pointed to the right info if so...).
