Grappa - again, I don’t disagree.

We are in the AIM machine and it’s what happens.

What we each are trying to foresee is when we miraculously meet current status with market need.

Outside of that, I don’t see much option other than to sell if you don’t like it.

I’m willing to lose everything versus bail at a loss. But that’s just me. I have a 6+-fig portfolio across 4 shares and all are currently down. But all are worth multiple times on paper.

We all make our own investment decisions.

From a brief correspondence with his daughter, I believe there is a charity which was favoured by him recently. Bigeye was tasked to share this once confirmed as I suspect there will be some of us who will be happy to make a donation in his memory.

MyFirstM - I’m not trying to convert anyone or persuade anyone. Just reporting the themes of our conversation (clearly avoiding betraying any confidences).

Take it or leave it.

But none of us has any power, individually, to change where we are today. And I don’t for an instant believe we have the full picture.

High risk is what we invested in.

I am waiting for high reward.

De-risked (as I thought) with a balanced portfolio. Not that has helped me recently.

Time will tell.

Highside - I don’t disagree. There are still many questions. But we will only know what we need to know per the rules.

Huge element of trust - or not - but not sure we have much alternative.

My take: we haven’t managed to get ink on paper with the partner we had in mind. Our SP is being played by someone or some entity. We needed cash to survive so we raised. We are bringing in some new blood through share ownership to help us push this over the line.

That’s what I think.

Bricks - have to say I’m a bit surprised at the utter despair you’ve shown today. I’m not criticising it, far from it, I am totally sympathetic; but we all know how AIM works and what happened this week has happened a million times before. And will happen a million times again.

I am down 50% on EUZ now across various portfolios amounting to a few 5-fig amounts. Not inconsiderable albeit not 6 figures, as you shared earlier. I’ve been down 50% before but I’ve also been up at times… that’s just the nature of AIM. Risk and Reward.

My email chat with Laurence today focused on the SP. And to be fair to him, he is very much aware of it and resenting the fact that with every bit of good news, the price seems to go in the opposite direction. As it was the last time I challenged him about it a few months ago. He isn’t ignoring it and why would he: it’s the only thing that gauges how successful his company is. So of course it’s a concern. Regardless of what he says in video releases. It has to be. It affects everything from PI morale (which to be fair again he doesn’t necessarily need to are about) through to how he easily he can raise funds which IS critical.

He didn’t confirm why there was a raise this week (but I think we can all guess) BUT he did say that it had given the company an opportunity to bring onboard new investors (RNS’d) with relevant experience [my take, in mining exploration companies] and keeping the SP aligned with actual progress. No TR1 holdings but news might get out who is now involved.

Why mention diversification (RNS’d)? Again, the comment wasn’t a suggestion that TORAL is anything but the primary focus. It was an acknowledgement of the fact that many mining exploration companies ARE diversified versus just having a single asset. And I only need to look at other stocks in my portfolio to acknowledge that it’s true. Single asset companies are few and far between.

Anyway. I am down. Further. I can’t say I am happy at an increased paper loss this week but the asset hasn’t changed. And we have cash to continue.

Great comments on the board today and I feel everyone’s pain. This week I have seen red across all my portfolio so maybe I’m just feeling punch drunk.

But if something thinks they are picking this up based on average share price we are hosed.

I don’t think looking at options is in itself a bad thing… and I get the feeling that the second RNS played up TORAL being the main focus possibly based on the confusion the first RNS created.

In any case, communications have always been far from crystal clear so heavens knows what is going through LR’s mind.

I just hope the main game plan is still his focus.

I believe the placing was purely to keep them going as the “value event” is still pending signature - or even possibly now pending potential signee…

Everything else on that list was just that: a list of possibly areas for spending.

A bit like saying to your Dad on receipt of pocket money (oh, those were the days) that it was going into your savings for that latest Airfix plastic model aeroplane; whereas you went straight to the sweet shop and squandered it on Liquorice Allsorts. (Analogy, note).

As I said before. We are still here, for which I am Sirius-ly grateful. (God, did I really???….)

These site are based on algorithms and data trends.... no-one has read anything written about the companies they report on, so safe to say you can ignore most of it for AIM... (as news usually drops when we least expect it!)

I thought that 500k Bid versus 100k Ask meant that there was a trend to SELL.
But from the trades today (I have L2), they are almost all BUYS.

Did I get that wrong, or are we just waiting for a large sell to post....?

One final thought (for the moment...).
What is certain is that there are people making money on all the PI angst.
And they are the ones bidding and asking. :)))

The problem with (1) for me is that every time I have done that the SP has jumped back up... :)))
(2) is what I am sitting with... but very wary of (3).

Now that the placing is done, albeit the shares aren't yet on the market, I wouldn't be surprised to see the SP tick back up, as it was always undervalued. But that's just another humble opinion. Happy to sit this one out. It's happened before. It will happen again. Until we are a mine (or JV'd, etc...).

LR doesn't do interviews. That is clear.

L2 looks grim. Almost unanimous BID (6 out of 7) at 5p. But someone is still buying quite large blocks of this. Which is equally concerning...

Let's not get ahead of ourselves... we aren't ditching Toral and going shopping for something else... The evening RNS clearly states what the money MIGHT go towards and there are multiple options:

The net proceeds of the Fundraising will be utilised to progress the Company's refocused corporate and operational strategy and applied towards:

· Pursuing and assessing appropriate additional projects and potential transaction opportunities: to support the Group's corporate and strategic development as the Board seeks to create shareholder value, via:

o Seeking a partial sale/earn-in/JV or similar third party agreement for the Toral Project;

o Potential acquisitions with near term production/revenue or value realisation point; or

o Potential low cost project acquisitions prospective in high demand commodities such as copper, lithium, gold, iron or nickel in regions including Europe, Australia, North America and select parts of Asia, Africa and South America;

· To further progress and de-risk the Toral Project: initially pursuing further geotechnical drilling to assess key areas for future plant location and potential tailings storage facilities and to compliment metallurgical and waste analysis work (impacting future early years production profile) and ongoing environmental impact assessment;

· Optional deployment: to be used at the Board's discretion on the assessment of potential acquisitions for corporate development or further work including metallurgy and associated Toral Project studies; and

· General working capital: it is anticipated that the net proceeds of the Fundraising will provide approximately 12 months of additional working capital for the Group excluding any expenditure in respect of potential transaction opportunities.
