I believe it is the fact that it isn't listed anywhere is the point.. Not denying that there might be unofficial acknowledgement that it is AA, but until it's in black and white we are just going to drift. Or any other major for that matter.
Once the news is confirmed, though, I would fully expect us to be back where we were in Q1... and hopefully higher bearing in mind whatever hurdles presented themselves last time should now have been cleared.

Where does it say AA walked? I believe NvS is on record as saying we let the EA lapse as the numbers weren’t to our liking…

I believe NvS said that they were entertaining a settlement to avoid having to wait for the legal system to churn... which to me points to the potential deal with Interested Party(ies) being the driver. I am sure all majors in talks with them will want to jump on this ASAP before the CU price continues going up....
