Surely the DD this time round will be able to leverage all the DD that took place last year... so Im' not expecting this to drag on. Doesn't make sense. And the lawyers on the AA side will likely be in-house and not external...

So in theory, if we have interested parties waiting for yet another tranche of test results before taking any next steps, it would be these that they are waiting for? Consistency of grade across multiple samples using standard extraction methods (versus lab selection)...?

I do wonder about where Tony's money and whether/if it was legally ring fenced or just available to keep the lights on if times got tough... From what I can remember (been rather a long time since I really thought/cared about this share), Tony B was to help them diversify? Do we think they plundered his cash to go and buy more machinery? Or will then announce a placing and explanation of what they have already spent the money on...

Holding pattern until we get some news to attract buyers... Casa, DD sign-off should be around the corner.

Have always avoided ****ging off shares I have invested in (and certainly to the extent that I have here) however I think it's fair to say today that I now consider this a lost cause unless they find a ***king rabbit and a hat.
The only redeeming factor today is that the entire market has tanked.
Does excuse the fact that the team running this outfit have proven a total lack of regard to shareholder communication.

Some platforms often show whatever MM bid/asks are published, so from 7.30 am there can be some wild pricing… but no, it’s just computers showing you data that is out of context.

Sheds - I agree... it's almost as though there's a parallel governmental project/initiative which the ES team are all working on on the side. What happened to just drilling, completing the PFS or getting us a JV partner before our license time runs out?!?!?!?!

Not sure they need 90 days to pick up from the DD they started a year plus ago... Per NvS, the relationship now seems to be strong so would hope we could knock a fair chunk off both durations.
