GW - BoD, certainly, and we know from Tim that PR has been suspended as part of the cutbacks (confirmed last week again).

I'm hanging around (just in profit...) but the calm seems to be in the queue for the door which is surprising given the last RNS.
Perhaps people have just decided that the band isn't going to show up and they have decided to go home...

With 2 weeks to go until we find out, patience is the only thing that we need in the next few weeks.
Mokgone's theories make sense. There's clearly some housekeeping going on (LR dropping some of his other commitments) and we know that they are trying to grow up and become something more than a MM plaything.

Good thing is that the sell-off seems to have eased off. Perhaps whatever the MM intentions were, they have what they wanted and have moved on to pastures new. For the time being.

On a serious note, judging by the outbound trades, it would appear that people are running out of patience...
After such a positive RNS on June 8th, it just doesn't add up that nothing has transpired that is newsworthy.
Let's hope he is reading this, or that Tim actually reaches out to the BoD as he said he would.

Let's hope it's not about needing new parts for the washer or, worse still, someone leaving keys in before lock down and it's gone AWOL.... :))

Should also be receiving proxy forms although was surprised that they seem to be required post event:

Reply from Tim that he agreed an update would be helpful and that he would pass on my message to the board.
PR services still clearly subject to EDL’s recent cost cutting measures so appreciated him taking the time to reply.

Something isn't right here, definitely.

According to LR's LinkedIn profile, it would appear that he is also no longer a senior partner of Mowbrai as of this month ("June 2012 - June 2020", rather than " June 2012 - Present"...
