She could of squashed these email rumours instantly. Valirx could of said, we are speaking to a number of large / medium pharma with the possibility of a JV/deal etc but can confirm AZ are not one of the companies. No rules broken etc but we have this - This question refers to a series of social media posts which display emails purporting to be circulated
within AstraZeneca. These emails were not addressed to any member of ValiRx and as such we cannot
comment on the veracity of emails circulated internally in third party companies.

So there are talks with AZ, i think she is trying to play down the emails to keep that deal alive or play it down as other companies would know AZs hand. Intriguing.

She has rushed the Q&A out fast to discourage the AZ emails. I think there may be some truth in these after all...hmmm

A maximum of £1.20 (78m mcap odd) for a complete buy out seems a bit cheap to me. How would that work on the new SPVs etc?
