Plus they have a deal going on behind the scenes so surely will be in a 'closed period' and unable to buy shares anyway?

Ballpark figure...how much would it cost tp run a 2b trial?

Sorry for the delay in response – we’ve got a teaching training day here today, so Christmas isn’t quite over yet for all of us!
 
Obviously I have to be careful what I say, but please just keep in mind that we’re dealing with a third party that we don’t have control over… we’ve said quite often that we don’t have control over timing, but that goes for timing of everything, signatures, announcements, even news coming into us.
 
I’ve always been committed to making sure I tell shareholders as much of everything we’re doing as I can, and that doesn’t change, but TheoremRx also get a say in what we can to say to you and when, and remember everyone (including anyone they are talking to) will know anything that we announce.
 
I think that’s all just common sense if you think about the nature of fund-raising and announcements, so nothing sensitive in that. 
 
The BBs are always twitchy about something!  Even if the price is going up, the BBs worry it might be a spike.  I’m aiming to build long term growth, so the occasional twitchy day should average out in the long run.

Oh, I totally agree livinhope, she will know 100% its going through but the whole PC way RNS' are with giving info drives me nuts. No, i meant 100k to pay out plus our cashburn is getting to the wire. I have full faith in Suzy but until its RNS'd there is still the possibility of it falling through .

SP isnt going up due to the fact that without the deal finally agreed, people will still think, 100k and cash burn is getting to the wire. Once the deal is finally announced and how much we get there will be that worry. Come on Suzy drop off our Christmas present asap.
