While you are all going on about HSBC reducing their holding I've been topping up. Everyone to their own but the fundamentals in the company have not changed and I'm happy to grab more at this price. People want this to be £5+ today well things take time but the fundamentals look good going forward, buy when others sell, and sell when other buy.

There appears by some to be a concern that maybe gdr will not get sales because of competition. Seriously stop worrying, the covid market is world wide, there is plenty of space for multiple companies to produce good products and make a decent return. Covid will not suddenly disappear unfortunately which some of the trash main media area suggesting. This is a serious illness and testing will be required for some time to come. Gdr have a good product, one that will be sold in these coming weeks. Have patience and be thankful that gdr can play a part in testing. By the end of june this share will be a multiple higher, just do some deeper research and the fundamentals always win out. Now for those in the uk go and have a good bank holiday.

Magsy18, I agree with Sales being what will bring confidence to this share , however what was seen today was a certain MM forward selling the placing shares into the market. It has all the telltale signs if you kept an eye on the bid ask price throughout the day. Sure some will have sold out, good for them lets hope they profited but there is nothing to be concerned about here. GDR are in a very good place and the orders will comes, the market for these tests are huge and GDR has a very good product and there is plenty of space for a good product. It's fairly simple to all, do a lot of DYOR on this company and you will find yourself excited about the weeks and months ahead, yes weeks and months, not seconds or minutes. A bit of patience will pay off very well for this share.

If you can't see the fundamentals in GDR and understand the potential over the coming weeks and months then trading/investing is not for you. Go and do some real research on GDR before sprouting you shallow understanding of investing.

croz, yes do sell now please, again another one not cut out to trade, there are simpler ways to make money, try one of them but you will not make anywhere near the return.

Just Peel holding this back at 185, while the others are 200. Makes sense since Peel will probably forward selling the remaining shares they had from the placing. Once Peel is through with selling the rerate will begin. It'll just suddenly pop up catching people off guard.

Radley, yes you were wrong, there are some very intelligent people.on these bb who see through ramping or deramping. However to admit your mistake is something i respect in a person. Hopefully you bought in at the lower end and can moe sit back.fornthe next month and watch it have its ups and down but rise to £4 and make a decent return on your investment.

If there is nothing else to understand then the above says it all. I like AVCT but the market is not rating GDR yet.... GDR is heavily undersold and is a massive opportunity even now.

Are in the 200 to 400 million range then where is GDR going to be.... currently we are stuck on a low cap, much lower compared with the other main contenders. I don't think the CE will make as big an upswing in the share price as many of you believe but with good sales data then the game will.be then simply be to catch up with the others.

@scary, I still believe that £4 share price is achievable in june but the company have made error here in setting an expectation. There is nothing wrong with pointing that out. In reality most people who hear within 3 weeks do not expect it to be at the end but actually within 3 weeks more like a week or two.

Aim market is harsh on companies take fail to meet their own statements. The company should not have put a figure on when the ce due. On every share you get the die hard fans who invest a lot and will always defend the company.
Let me restate this, I believe in gdr, I have stated patience is needed but I objectively can see they have made a tactical error putting a figure on the ce. The need to take a look at how avct are spinning it.

Patience is key but there is a feeling they told the market within 3 weeks and it looks like they may miss this deadline. That is not good and the uncertainty it causes will hold the shareprice back. Avct have yet to have a product but they are now making it in the national news today about there upcoming test where as gdr the general public still are not aware off.

That is one issue I have with gdr, they are behind on the curve. They said ce within 3 weeks, well tomorrow is basically 3 weeks up, so it has to turn up. Its dangerous to start telling market something is going to happen and then it doesnt. Trust in the company can be broken easily if they start missing their self defined target dates. Gdr do need to make it known to the market soo just what the commercials for the covid test are.

bench, don't disagree that is could well move quickly is there are a number of positive RNS's but my experience says this will be more of a series of step climbs up as we stabilize each successive support level. What I am confident about is this current price is cheap for everything that is coming over the next month or so.

Just SCAP holding out on 161, then it's onto 163. We are in a holding pattern but patience is rewarded. With CE I'm hoping it will hold around the £2.20 mark. Those expecting an immediate rerate to £4+ will be disappointed i believe that figure isn't going to turn up for at least a few weeks.

Scart, I know pal, I always DYOR before buying into a company and I was impressed with GDR and looked at the Mcap and see it as a no brainer to buy. I have a nice holding here that will give a good profit just might have to sell in chunks. Either way, this has a lot going for it and anyone buying in at these levels will be happy come June.
