Anyone having issues with LSE this morning? I have to say the last few days the site hasn’t been great at all. Not sure if they are implementing something on the site and I know it’s free but its not been good

Found some info : ‘the AGM will only be held if the number of participants are low enough to be held safely’ it is essentially encouraging those that want to attend to do it by webcast. AGM is on the 18th May so I hope investors take heed of the rules......I don’t want this AGM to be postponed again. Hopefully on the webcast, we can ask some questions if brave enough.

Completely agree. We have had a nice few pieces of news in Q1, hoping for more to trickle down in the next few weeks. It will be good to hear the AGM as that may help but as it stands we have to be patient. If it can keep its head above 4 that for me would be nice.

I like to think an update on trials will be given at the AGM along with Clevegen. Does anyone know if there is Q & A. at the agm? If there is one I’m sure the questions asked will be ones we would like to ask or are thinking about.GLA.

Leslie - article from share magazine. ‘ Inflammation and oncology focused Tiziana Life Sciences said it had appointed advisers in relation to a planned redomicile to Bermuda that would see its shares delisted from AIM.

The move was expected to occur in the second quarter of 2020, the company said.

Tiziana also said it intended to cancel its American depository receipt program and have its Bermuda common shares listed on the Nasdaq exchange’

An article (from jan 2020) I’ve just read said at some point in the 2nd quarter of this year but no specifics. Could all change though. Not had experience with a dual listed stock for it to be delisted from one exchange, hopefully they will just transfer my/our aim listed stock and move them over to the Nasdaq. I’m pretty sure we will receive a ‘corporate action’ notice in your share dealing account if and when they do.

It for me has been a positive few number of weeks, time to sit back and take a rest and enjoy the Easter weekend. Take care all, see you next week.

I was on this board when C was the main topic and it is why i invested, then it turned to T and that appears to have all the news with what is going on. Not going to lie, i've been burnt by medical stock before, however with the nice drip feed of news and for me an excellent CEO a, some of us have already have made a bit of profit. I'm sure other shares in your portfolios are like rollercoasters at the moment. For me, if T is not a success which i find unlikely as they knew what went wrong with the previous trial, we have C (which i originally invested in) and also the 'secret weapon'.

Others out there are testing their drugs such as SNG.....brilliant, hope any drug works with CV19 - but in Faron we have a few items in the pipeline so that brings me comfort.

I enjoy this board, yes we do get some idiots on here who may have missed the boat but ultimately we are grown ups (i hope) and the decisions we make are ours alone. GLA. Be Nice. I'm back on twitter posting about Faron again........just need Trump to by some stock and he will pump this baby up on his daily update.
