Basically - in simple terms
Exercising a warrant means paying the subscription (exercise) price to convert your warrants into shares.
Therefore the subscription price of a warrant is 0.20p, effectively someone has paid 0.20p to the CONCHA and they have issued new share this person/company.

- Trading in Ordinary Shares ex-entitlement to Capital Return is expected to be on 18 December 2015 with the expected dispatch of cheques to Shareholders or crediting of Shareholders’ CREST accounts (as appropriate) in respect of Return of Capital entitlements, on or around 31 December 2015.

Yes - def'n agree - always a glimmer of hope... doesn't help with so much media bureaucracy which puts pi in a mess up situation... I'm too praying for a bounce back as I'm one of those who invested on Friday and just missed the window to sell - lets hope...........
