Cyprus is an ex-laundry country similar to the Channel islands, though there are still Russian & Chinese money floating there. My PF is invested in this stock. Though i invested recently, after the covid injection injury i under went, which has made me unemployable.
This based on the qualification of HAA, he is a CA.
However i am far from happy with HAA recent RNS's in the last 1yr.
Now they are saying the works will start in end of Oct, originally led to be in July 2022.
My best hope is on HAA, he will make it happen.

REmember the Holy Medina and Makkah are in SA. The number of Muslims are growing and many visit SA atleast once a year in their life-time.

There are salt water filtration plant in SA. There is plenty of water in SA for industry use and human use.

My suggestion to read RNS dt 18 & 21 Oct'21.
The project was held back due to security issues in Oct'21. I joined the share later in Nov'21. Reading the previous RNS i gathered there is Finance issues covering back Tax etc, still not rescheduled.
Extracts " These compliance requirements are set out as conditions of the Project mining licence and the consequential detailed work plans submitted from time to time - all are industry-standard requirements for any licencee, its contractors and its financiers."

What has been completed by HAA till date, among the above list ?
Has the umbrella signature dated i.e. July'22 or Dry scene 2022 ?

The Company received a Reminder of Deadline letter late on 24 June from the Minister of Mines referring to a new deadline of 30 June 2022 by which the Company is required to demonstrate the availability of project funding and to check compliance as regards the environment, duties and taxes, land rent, and exploration reports.



The Company remains confident of its compliance with all regulatory requirements and also remains confident in its ability to achieve its plan as set out in its announcement dated 15 June 2022, including the signing of the Umbrella funding Agreement by the end of June 2022 which will demonstrate the full funding and any attaching remaining conditions.
