You are right, the licence was extended till end of July'22.
Suspect the extension of the licence, closing of the finance and the signing of the syndicate has already been carried out.

In the the umbrella is also the documentation of the security report. In the 13thJuly RNS there is statement in the TK project will commence in Oct'22 providing pre-independent clearance of security.

Last year 2021 the works was meant to start in Oct'21 and held back due to security.
Am an aircraft engineer by qualification, though unable to work due to vaccine injury, Ethiopia airline has over 120 aircrafts, some latest A350XWB. You do not see/hear of their airline has security scares.

So why does this project has attack attention with NO PROBLEM IN VICINITY ?

I might be wrong and hope to be so.
However the article mention Project and Exploration in Ethiopia, i go by the 'Letter', it mention 're-commence' and held due to regulatory permission. 27thJun'22 RNS for refuting license cancellation.
Additionally the headline states focus on SA.

Being my first large investment, i am cautious.
The project was meant to start in Oct'21. Then Finance and Security to be closed on Jun'22, moved to Jul'22 with an Umbrella and now this clever folks on the BB are mentioning end of the year. No sign of the security document, though we have 2 weeks.
One can only hope, the diluted money is in the Share and will grow by end of Jul'22.

30Jun22 RNS mentioned the security consultant has submitted the report andsame needs to be Documented. There is no mention of the documentation, No conflicts in the vicinity, what is the SCARE ?

Any photos/Video of the same, machine, workers acc, roads.

I don't see any BITE to raise the SP as yet, in the 2xRNS this month.
Bear in mind folks, the break up of the investors in the project is EG=30%, Syndicate Ethiopian=24% and KEFI=53%. We haven't heard anything from the syndicate in any RNS.
We still have 2 weeks. Am still hopeful of the SP 2.4p by end of Jul'22.

In Aug/Sep 2021 it spiked up close to 3p Then in Oct'21 the project was meant to take off but security scare etc.
As per your analysis (am absolutely green ...) there is a wedge, it is likely to shoot-off - boom. 3p again !
