FFS SYN , leave some for the rest of us .
So to summarise..
IT MIGHT GO UP, THEN AGAIN, IT MIGHT GO DOWN .
I must be a natural at this guestimating analysis malarkey
This morning's opening trading reminds me very much of that state of the art machine that travels down that valencian Orange tree lined avenue, where it grabs the tree ,deploys an upside down umbrella type catcher ,then gives the tree a massive shake .
Anybody on here released any oranges this morning ?
Hold tight ,Ride the storm .,and by all means kack yourself ,but do not let go of any oranges .
Dpc . It was shown recently that you have to employ a placebo that mimics the drug in side effects as was demonstrated recently but I can't recall the drug being tested. ( although I think it was a vaccine) The drug gave patients a sore arm .If they didn't get the sore arm then you'd know it was placebo so the placebo in this instance was a drug for a non related disease which caused the same sore arm after injection , Therefore minimalising " placebo effect" .That is as long as you tell all concerned that they both have same side effect . I know sng 001 is not injected but it highlights that placebo isn't the same for every trial .
I prefer fada beans and a nice chianti personally.

Apologies Danny & DPC ,indeed its 0.125% of total shares now I've re read the RBS so correct ,it is 250k.
Denny, its only 25 k ( 0.125%) by my reckoning. 250k by yours .
25000 shares . Jeez what do they know that we don't??
Sell!! Lol.
Looking through todays trades , a few £19.999k trades so suspect you are not the only one . Good luck .
Concur spin ,good post but this share hasn't been kind to all thus far . The early birds are rightly rewarded for their intuity in spotting this potential. Most of those have only averaged up as their confidence grew . A new type of investor recognised that ok ,they missed the boat at 35 p but a new opportunity has arisen at £2.+ and then again at £1.75 . No complaints ,thats the nature of the beast .
However , no-one could have anticipated the drop to 77p which let in the 3rd set of investors plus the previous investors who had spare cash. 2nd set cashed in ( maybe reluctantly) other shares to average down . They enjoyed a brief restbite when the share rose to 190 ish but then got slapped in the chops again with this latest drop to 148 ( now 158 )which let in the 4th set who have entered the fray with the share almost 70 -80% derisked ( more depending on who you listen to )
So , this share hasn't yet been kind to all at this stage of the game so I can understand the frustrations and outcry's
from a few on the board . Ofcourse it isn't as simple as 4 sets . Many have come and gone in-between but I won't be comfortable until this share is plummeting up from £2.20 or resting at around that awaiting further news .. Incidently I am in at 62517 @ £1.30 so I am sitting pretty and showing a profit .. I just want everyone on a win win including the investors yet to join the party at £ 7.90 a share in August .I truly hope that they get to double their money as well but then again ,I would wouldnt i ? Lol.
Every thing i thought I'd learned about the stock narket has gone out of the window on this share. We have been in steady decline since the 190s .Then the experienced on here said don't worry because fomo will kick in any minute so don't play the market on this .Every week though there was a reassuring jump in sp without news followed by the usual decay in share price till the next jump . After 170 the drop became heavier and on a daily basis and the pullback became rarer . Today I believe ,is once again the work of the money makers who put just enough inputus in to keep this share trading everyday. I can't prove this ,I don't know how they do it .. There's less than 0.5% trading volume on most days yet theres always just enough to manipulate the SP . With news imminent and 99.99999% of shareholders self assured on where this company is going i can see no reason why this share isn't trading at £3 a share .As many on here have stated .SP is irrelevant so why hasn't the irrelevance projected this share at £3 or even more .? . Potential must surely make this share as rare as rocking horse s*hit in the short term ? I find it unbelievable that institutions and big investors will overnight be suddenly willing to pay upto 5x and beyond ,because a RNS told them what in the big scheme of things, they already knew and were 70-90% confident of anyway . .I would love to know where I am misguided on this because I just don't get it . Happy about the rise today though and scot mortgage has finally pulled its finger out and stopped the rot so I am double happy .
Would polar know more than us do you think ? Ears to the ground or tipped the wink ?
We already have the national protocol t and executive to
deal with the pandemic we all knew was going to happen.
Its just unfortunate and very unlucky that "Peenywise " our evil clown in charge was too busy to attend ( 5 times) those gatherings, but luckily for the nation , Matt Han**** ( the troll who lives under the bridge ), thankfully had previously watched the film Contagion ( Penywise missed that boys night in aswell)
and knew exactly what NOT to do but still did it anyway .. Matt went on to thank himself on behalf of the nation and was rewarded by Pennywise himself by removing him from having anything to do with vaccine procurement ,manufacture and rollout to which Matt thanked himself again on our behalf and promised to leave no stone unturned in his departments efforts to scour Netflix for more pandemic disaster blockbusters .
If we ten bag oil I'll be wanting 2
Good points there teamwork re isa . I would .I've to invest more in syn but I'm out of work 8 month now and can take upto 7 days to sell out a fund and they are all i have besides syn .
Got to disagree with those that say no news is irrelevant. . The early birds in this share are generally riding risk free so yeh ,its not important . You could argue that you've been rewarded already with multiple percent increases in SP and quite deservedly so for showing early faith . The company appreciates your loyalty. However that company loyalty doesn't stretch to the punters who advanced this drug to where it is now by investing later at 175p . .You don't have to release RNS bulletins to appease the shareholders. I would fall over backwards to be able to talk to Katie every week and discuss non delicate synairgen matter.RM doesn't have to do it and Steven Holgate seems to have been muted a tad since R Marsden made a point of saying the academics have it wrong ( referring to SH s interview a while back ).Talking about aerogen or production companies that manufacture drug can be a way of assuring the shareholders with subtle hints that subject to positive news ,everything is in place and proceeding to plan . When we see sudden jumps in SP we assume there's a leak and an impending RNS is to follow and that has happened ..Alternatively a sudden decrease in Sp can prompt one to assume there a leak and bad news is to follow . Wouldnt we all like to know how far Synairgen is with the progress of its other products or is that top secret too? Incidently I am still way in profit on this but many on here are not nor ever have been with this drug .Spare a little thought for them .We are all in it together and we all want the same outcome . Just to see Richard Marsdens face live now or anyone and hear the tone of their voice would be enough to send clear signals to us all .Q2 lasts upto 3 months as you are all well aware .
Jeeeeeez theboyg , you make Hee Haw from winnie the pooh seem like a laugh a minute
Phoenix nights . Spencer, what makes you feel you'd make a good bar man
" well not only have I seen the film ****tail 9 times . I served mary & Joseph a full English when they stayed at my inn in the school nativity play "
Aston ,I think you are rather missing the point .
Phase 1 not even started yet hope to complete all3 plus peer reviews / approvals by November ? Not only is it impossible Why would a man with the education and medical background of JC even come out with such utter rubbish on a video so widely received by many medical professionals as well as ordinary viewers? He can't possibly believe it so that lends the question ,is he reading that out on behalf of someone else. He does say thats optimistic but he's talking about two antivirals not just one . .As I've said before, I am no fan of his and I usually flash forward through his videos in 10 seconds once I know what the subject matter is and its usually vaccines and more vaccines. Hes even dropped his vitamin D crusade now its been debunked as helpful but not the miracle cure he thought it was. However, I was thrilled when it was revealed that the talk was on antivirals and later ,lack thereof .I felt in his closing lines he was desperate to mention a certain antiviral at late stage but was unable to for whatever reason . To say there are no other antivirals in the pipeline was a pure lie and he looked ( to me at least) ,uncomfortable delivering it .Its 8 month since he last spoke about antivirals and that was about us . He began the next talk after that by stating Synairgen want to charge £2k and so dismissed it as too dear . Yesterday he endorses Pfizer to charge what they want as R&D is expensive. He couldve said he hopes Pfizer make it cheaply available on humanitarian grounds but no , they can charge what they want ..
I feel JC is being directed and now that I feel that ,he has gone up in my estimation for some bazaar reason as I now see him as just another employee taking orders like the rest of us and not a wannabe "real doctor" spouting his personal beliefs with blinkers on .He is owned .and there's no shame in that . For me ,it was confirmation of what I've always thought .
Meelie, I think he actually said he didn't know why the government weren't trialing any repurposed antiviral patent free or not .He did also say what you said though too.
I got the distinct impression he knew where we are at but somehow was unable to suggest it . He is far too knowledgeable to not no how long it takes from p1 to p3 . .I am in no way criticising him , I just think he was spoon fed that document and maybe he was instructed to defer from mentioning a late stage antiviral . His manor went all strange at the end of the video in my opinion .I actually felt sorry for him and I have been critical before .
