Yes there will be another valuation when terms of a US deal are known. Still, I'd be very pleased with 360 as a minimum target.

I seem to recall more years ago than I'd like to admit that someone put a bid on the table and the SP went up to about 30p before they withdrew. This was way before the Labrador investment. I can't recall the suggested bid price at that time though but I'm sure it's possible to research it. I haven't got time today.

Sierra looks like a a very viable and demonstrable competitor to PHE and just slightly ahead in terms of first commercial site with US Army. PHE need to get their skates on.....

Last accounts published 2019 show net liabilities of £371k. As at January there are 1.3m shares in issue so I cannot see this company having much value in terms of an acquisition by PHE.

I suppose the now muted response is because the markets see US news as a priority and do not like delays. Mind you the population of China is about 4 times the US.

So the February planning meeting is pretty crucial. On a positive note the local council is very pro energy and climate saving initiatives. I just hope Peel etc cover all the open issues for the planning meeting.

So PHE must get both planning consent AND funding before end of March or there will be no grant? What is the risk of either not being achieved by end of March?
