If you can`t accept some people have a different view to yourself then maybe these chat boards are not for you ?? I don't want to see the company fail., why would anyone wish that...I am just pointing out the facts as they are, simple as that

Read the last two paragraphs of the rns, nothing there to suggest to me HM are in a particularly healthy position, although it doesn't state anything there we didn't know.....

There is nothing in that rns that we didn't already know anyway.......just an affirmation of the last one that HM are struggling and the fraudulent activities haven't helped the situation.....it may mean they would get a lower price if they did decide to take over but then they would be taking over a company which seemingly is in difficulties, not very pretty at all ....makes me wonder if Leed with hindsight are regretting making the investment in HM, time will tell. In my view I wouldn't expect too much from the half yearly accounts to be honest mate....they re obviously struggling to make ends meet ..so the half year accounts aren't likely to be anything to get excited about.

The guy with his hands in the till is not such a big deal as no doubt they will pursue some kind of avenue to compensate whatever was lost....what is more of a concern here is the company's` cash flow situation and their borrowing from one to pay the other....hopefully they will resolve that too.... Its not so much the guy who had his hand in the till that is the problem...its the seemingly problems with cash flow in the company that is more of a problem ....doesn't bode well at all

The little one is doing great....still exercising her lungs ...lol Yes, quite alarming reading in as much High Mannor already seem to have financial difficulties and Leed have handed over a bunch of cash which will undoubtedly disappear into the ether....I feel if Leed take over then they could be taking over a business beset with financial difficulties....hopefully Leed have a trick up their sleeve before they decide on any take over...time will tell

Seems High Mannor struggle with their cash flow...and he guy with is hand in the till has made it even worse..what a joke...doesn't bode well for the company or us shareholders....who were these alternative sources of funding between production and payment I ask....have they been paid back i wonder....and now they have gone cap in hand to Leed for more money....seems to me if Leed take over this company they may struggle to bring it into profit

I would certainly be worried if I had some £15,000 or £20,000 in here like some have...yes, believeiit or not there are some gullible enough to have thrown that kind of money into a high risk tiddler like this one.... I seem to remember you did very well out of ldp in the hey days here....I did too as well as many others, but then was different...this one is a different animal completely now...fingers crossed this will come out of suspension to everyone's benefit....but I wont hold my breath on that one...lol Good luck

I hope they came out of suspension to your advantage ?....I have a couple of shares that consolidated, sometime companies like to show a more healthy share price rather down in the sub 1 p through consolidation.....the value though is the same, so nothing detrimental . I also have one hare that seems to have a placing just to pay the cleaners....not a good thing at all...lol

I wouldn't get excited and count chickens before they are hatched mate...2p is some prediction...always baffles me when people predict these wild prices when in truth no one an predict where any sp will go...especially the bottom of the barrel AIM shares like this one. IF only it would reach the main investors buy in price of .48....lol....there are many here that think the main investors somehow will magically get the price up to that figure....sadly not as easy as that, as you and I know its the market that decides where the sp here will go...and not the big investors.
