Bwm, overlapped your post. I'm quite happy with the flat tracks, can really clock up the miles.... there's alot along water here too,, Half tempted to get a decent road bike but could easily get squashed, must get a good head cam though as get some nutters who think it's funny to aim their car at you, as happened to me recently.

been a good morning on dax shorts, that weekly neck line draws ever closer so could be alot more if that plays out..... It's been to s3 already just picked up limit 104 squid on a quick long while typin...1min chart and 1Hr ....could want to test S1 area before another push down.

opt... yes did put those stops on - I'd not been feeling well have to say - unfortunately recovered later in time to plough back 1300 on the dax as damage limitation was going out so couldn't risk it holding. Down the karsy with kaz also. Bwm, will have another look at MTR

any thoughts on IQE..113.7p - looks like a push south on the cards maybe below a quid. Sains 311p - drop to sub 300p maybe 270p -290p the gap. Dixon 194p - could climb 220p another gap fill. Copper @ 7022 - sell off almost complete from 23.6% fib support could resume the up trend taking KAZ 903p with it. Talk 119p - needs to break 136 to push higher but I have my doubts. Gold 1279 - should break swiftly north after these recent falls and supported 38.2 fib and lower trend line.

all very well but it was fluke \ serendipity.... the other time this happened it was against me and I don't think I told you but was 7k down at worse point, so I need to jack it in or it will get me sooner than later. Anyhow a nice triple bott off 13000 earlier 60pips was out so nothing for me. have a good weekend..
