Putting the tenuous enviromental aspect to one side. The other point is, electrolysis & fuel cells are great where there's a surplus of solar thats not the case here, so it probably wont work very well and theres a better way. Its solving a problem that doesnt need solving with H2 for the PR rake off sake of it.

or battery swaps straight. AFC will strugle to produce 2MW from solar on that ship.
