Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
'The market will be notified of the share purchases under the DDSPP on the next trading day via a PDMR: Director's dealing notification. Further details will be issued in due course.'
How many notifications have we had to date? Were any 'further details' issued?
If you want to know why this SP is falling, click on the Short Positions icon. We are the second most shorted share on the market after Sainsbury and even more shorted than the disastrous Carillion (see the ShortTracker website). But when the cinemas get going again, we'll be back!
'We own 11% of UKOG'
No we don't (I am invested in both). We own 11% of the Horse Hill Development project, which is currently more or less stalled; it used to be 18% but Alba didn't contribute any funding to the operation's development work which diluted our shareholding (in the same way as it diluted the holdings of all PIs). The massive spike in UKOG's SP over the last two days is all down to getting a licence to start drilling in Turkey (which has now replaced HHDL as it's flagship project). Hope this clarifies.
I don't speak Italian. Where does it say it's our mask?
Changes to BOD have to be notified to CH within 14 days. CH update public records within 24 hrs.
The engineers were asymptomatic so they were never ill. They just happened to be COVID19 carriers - or so we're told.
He's about to be made a board member. No way is he going to tweet at the moment.
This is great, ProcessGuy. I can't understand how I missed this video first time round. Seeing is believing and when you see quality like this, you suddenly believe in your investment.
Gdog/Big-loada, I agree with you both. However, re-reading the RNS on commissioning delays, I see nothing in there that obligates RMS to let us know when commissioning is restarted or even completed. We just have to remain calm.
Good work, Beforegolf. Let's hope the rash spreads faster than COVID19.
The article you refer to was actually broadcast on the BBC news channel last night. I thought at the time this BB will be full of it today but you are the first to stick your head above the parapet, erzie. Well done.
Game changing, all right. Once a mask that actually kills the virus becomes available, they could even let crowds back into sporting venues, handing out RMS masks at the turnstiles!
Does the Sonova mask actually KILL the virus like the RMS mask?
Sadiq Khan is calling for immediate new lockdown rules including masks outdoors (Daily Mirror). Will this help RMS?
Where did you hear that, Warleb?
Thr RNS stated:
'the Company is pleased to advise that the plant was loaded and dispatched from Spain yesterday (4 January 2021).
It is likely to arrive in Nottingham at the earliest on or about 8 January 2021, subject to any routine traffic or customs delays. The Company expects to provide a further update on expected production levels once the machine has been commissioned and an assessment has been made.
The next RNS is therefore required when the machine has been commissioned - that's all the company is obliged to do.
donotpanic - are you referring to the RMS predicted date for the machine arriving or are you suggesting the machine has actually arrived?
PL75 - this post reflects your own except that I haven't seen the photo of the machine being delivered (I've see a photo of a blue lorry).
The only uncertainty I can see is, if the machine left Spain eight days ago, where is it?
