The important word is PROJECTIONS not 'adverse effect' as some one trying to post misleading information might state.. Hopefully the money should start rolling in early 2016. A massive statement from the RNS - “PGMM has been instrumental in providing due diligence on and indeed providing continuing top level management to High Mannor in Australia. It is a significant sign of confidence that they wish to take Leed shares in payment at such a premium to the market price”. So, PGMM have agreed to take payment for their work, in shares at double the current sp. If the sp does not reach 0.1p, then they not be paid in full. When (or if) the sp rises above 0.1p, they will be paid over and above the origininal amount charged for their work. They know High Mannor inside out, having completed both consultancy and management work to High Mannor. They must have the utmost confidence in the potential of the company to accept this sort of payment. If this does not encourage potential investors to buy in before the sp rises (the only way to successful investing) then nothing will. GL to all genuine investors here.

Another put down from LDP's resident key board warrior, cashchaser (when he's not banned) when someone posts anything positive about LDP. Perhaps Thompson has researched the High Manor investment and sees it as a good investment. Perhaps if you did some research yourself, instead of making your pathetic, childish retorts to anyone stating anything positive about LDP, you might just see what the High Manor investment is about. As has been said to you on numerous occasions, if indeed, you are invested in LDP, why don't you sell up and move on if it's such a bad company? GL all genuine holders.

supermabs, your not far off the truth with that. Perhaps the RNS should have said - Redmond has bought himself another Directors role in Armstrong with our money so he can claim another fat salary for himself while achieving sweet FA for share holders. Ok, I made that up too.

Thank you for the advise Lucan. I assume you mean being sued for libel? This is not possible if the facts are true. The sp in all his companies have dropped over 100% since he took them over. Piri was 0.11 when he took it over, as you can see it's now 0.04. Have a look what investors think of him at LDP. They have said a lot worse about Redmond than I have. I would be the first to retract what I said and apologise if Redmond finally achieved something (as he always states) that enhances shareholder value. Until then, my opinion, which I am entitled state, of Redmond stands. ATB and good luck to us all. I hope I do have to retract my statement one day.......

And what fantastic investments by Redmond, investing in other AIM companies to decimate the sp to half of what it was before Redmond took over. Is this what we pay Redmond for? He bragged he had made good recommendations of investments to the main investors at LDP before he was sacked. It's no wonder they rejected them and sacked him. Redmond is nothing but a compulsive liar and conman and is not to be trusted as his record shows. The sooner he is sacked from here the better as we need a miracle to save us from bankruptcy with Redmond at the helm..

Totally agree with you cashonly. The market and many pi's regard Redmond as a highly incompetent failure who milks his salary from us pi's while doing nothing. No wonder he was sacked from LDP. He needs to realise he will be sacked from here as well unless he pulls his finger out. 'Hopefully' and 'in the near future' are Redmond's favourite statements. Well, hopefully he will be sacked in the very near future. GL all, it can't get any worse here can it?

I see Redmond is working his magic here achieving nothing and decimating the sp. It's about time he got the LDP treatment here as well. ie sacked!!!!!!!!!!

Supermabs. You have hit the nail on the head. Investors have absolutely no faith in Redmond. He has the opportunity here and in KENV to put matters right. Until he does, very few people will trust him with their money and rightly so. He has had more than enough time to make investments/RTO while milking his fat salary in all his companies. Lets hope he has learnt his lesson after being sacked by LDP and gets off his backside and earns his money.

I think it is blatantly obvious that both the market and pi's have no faith or trust in Redmond, hence the decimation of the sp in all his companies which all show a similar trend with continual false promises, then fail to deliver. Redmond has had 3 companies (although he has recently been kicked out of LDP) for 2 years. NONE have achieved anything except huge drops in the sp while he takes a fat salary for his failures. Redmond stated he put forward good deals to the LDP main investors who rejected them. Why did he not use his other companies for these deals? These deals cannot have been that good or indeed, were there every any deals? He has appointed an old chum to the BoD here and made one investment in 2 years. Surely Redmond must realise he is on borrowed time and needs to get off his backside and achieve something or face the sack from here and KENV as well. 2 years is more than enough time, Lets see what the next month or so brings. No offence to previous post, but Redmond had no option but to leave LDP. A new person was already lined up before he was forced out. Redmond knew the share holders rebellion against him was happening and his days were numbered. Also, the main investors were fed up with him losing £1 on the Manas deal and doing nothing else except pocketing £1,154 a week for nothing over two and a half years. The reaction to Redmond going has been very good. Even the sp has climbed now he has gone which is what matters. I hope Redmond puts something together here quickly or he will suffer the same fate as he did with LDP. He stated he put deals to the main investors in LDP who rejected them. If they were as good as he says they were, why did he not use PIRI or KENV for the deals? Was there ever any deals???? that is the main question.
