I have a lot going on at the moment, but when I get time (next year) things are going to heat up for the board. At the very least they could give us an update.

I will be looking into criminal proceedings.

What I will require is a list of investors and the amount invested to form a group. As I say I have no time to deal with this at the moment, but I will deal with the loss of my money when the time is right, so the board better not feel relaxed that this has gone away.

The thing is ECR is so cheap at the moment it dose not take a lot of cash to pass the reporting threshold for share ownership.

What do you think that 4%will be worth in a year?

....if they are looking at a new project it would be great to get hold one that would be quick to bring to production, so we can utilise this tax benefit.
