I have never followed SOLG and do not know what operations they have. In Mid 2016 their share price went through the roof to about 40p. Did they provide a “measured resource” at one of their exploration sites to generate such a SP rise, if not what drove it ? (The gold price was stagnant then)

I feel we have a “perfect storm” brewing and have the perfect commander to weather it, Craig must know every man and his dog in mining in Australia (Newmont included) Research and Design grants from the Aussie government in the hundreds of thousands!!!!

I think everyone knows what is going on apart from us !

....I am also hoping that the appointment of Keith Whitehouse our new Resource Geologist has been brought in because they think they have enough data at Creswick to produce a compliant JORC resource

.....their gold is at depth as well. I am hoping our find at Creswick is near surface.

Boffin thanks for your research. I commented before that they had rented the equipment, but Craig says in the podcast that they have purchased the equipment.Like you say they must be confident!

.........both I think. They have secured the samples for one.

When Craig first mentioned that they were going too use metal detectors on the bags to select the best ones, it sounded like they had already selected some that had gone for analysis . I think subsequently they thought we have 600 bags and what would be the best and quickest way to process them, rent a hanger hire in some equipment. As Boffin said this highly experienced (and no doubt very busy) Resource Geologist is suddenly available (for some reason!) so they now think they can quite quickly complete a JORC compliance process.

I just hope they update us on the way
