Agreed. I already have a decent holding here and looking to recycle other cash into it in the near future. This stock has a lot going for it. I don't think I've ever seen a stock with this combination of potential, institutional investor support and under valuation. The CEO clearly knows where he is taking this so a big tick in the strategy box.
Yes Faz. It's just not on people's radar yet I don't think even though it is held by some highly regarded fund managers (who would be very limited given the MCap). As I see it the asymmetry of this stock is so attractive as it is. Does anyone know when the next financial update is due out from the company?
Agree. I don't like all this Ebitda stuff it makes me suspicious they are using profit measures selectively. What if there is a write down somewhere below the line from taking on the business? Redundancy costs etc. However you are right, those things aside, the PE ratio has plenty of room for expansion!!!
So what's DH's game Wisecrow? Is he shorting the stock? If so I'd be interested in knowing how he's doing it to any significant extent with a £3m cap company. Can't believe the liquidity is there to put any decent sized trade on. Or is he a secret fan of the company trying to mop up shares?
Still looking to be profitable this year. Let's hope so. Don't understand the Q4 2016 'profitable at a trading level' claim but can only imagine it is before depreciation. Not explained though which is poor Would have been good to have seen something post balance sheet date re the capital raise, cash earmarked for the upcoming acquisition and revenue/profit forecast. Without seeing this, it's hard to get a fix on the light at the end of the tunnel.
Also Rickards observations that China is burning through its available reserves faster than we in the west realise to keep the Yuan strong, and that much of its reserves are illiquid or earmarked to recapitalise its banking system. If you consider this alongside the grant Williams piece, and Trump's desire to weaken the dollar you can see where this might be heading. I believe the fully convertible yuan denominated oil future is now back on the agenda.
Winston. I'm also an avid follower of Rickards. His research is cracking and insightful but his conclusions on outcomes whilst highly educated are just his very informed opinions. One thing he doesn't really emphasis enough in his research is the petrodollar system. For that I would urge you to take a look at Grant Williams presentation 'get it got it good' on YouTube. It starts off slow but stick with it. the last 5 minutes or so is an absolute sledgehammer of realisation. Incredible.
