Further to the RNS issued by ARCM on 25th September 2024, has anybody got a timescale as to when the Chief Operating Officer for Arc Minerals, Mr Carellas will indeed qualify as a Competent Person as defined under the JORC Code (2012).

Despite the heading in the RNS of "Qualified Persons", it is quite clear that is not classified as "qualified" but "experienced" which I am sure you will agree are two totally different entities.

And HarChris, even allowing for this spike the shareprice over the last year is down on mid to mid 47% and over 2 years down 68%

All that despite the best efforts of plenty on this very board and plenty of P+D exercises by the likes of Charlie Sales (AKA LANTIER)

Ok then Joeman, so whats your opinion on posters on here like Lies|Nav, Fulmar and Lantier (to name but 3) stating outright market abusive untruths like the drilling throughout the wet season and no placing etc etc etc.

Do you think they should be allowed along with the blatant ramping tactics to go unchallenged?

It's funny looking at the highly positive posters an seeing they ONLY have ARCM commenting histories. Its almost like

1. They have an ADHD, compulsive disorders that have to be ruining their lives or

2. They have multiple accounts and assign one per share.... this being the ARCM ramping account. Are they paid for this c%@p? What could they be getting out of it?
