Why would bitso and Panmure get in bed with MOS? It is said that they have done their extensive due diligence. Panmure get paid for everything they do so that's risk free for them. We have yet to see what discount they will offer their client base to determine how risky they feel MOS is. Watch this space. Bitso laid on an event, so that is the only cost risk for them with the incentive of getting a cut of all drops for use of their platform. Not much due diligence required as fairly risk free for these parties.
City rules out a raise but the BOD do not because they cannot ever rule it out. Think logically about it and what the broker primary purpose is. Probability is not on Citys side.
If MOS were in profit there would be no issues. New broker is to create a story to new faces to raise the price. Why do they want the price up? Mmmmmmmmmmmm
Why broker engagement at this junction? We know their main purpose for AIM companies is for funds so watch this space.
Whats the CASH though City since he came back? 1 - Really good 2 - better than expected or 3 - really good and better than expected but also really close to the raise button?
So its just your mates buying, oh well thats been the same old for the entire decline. Poor people them buying into news that makes investors more confused about the bottom line than clear.
RNS tomorrow?
City I believe you that you didn't know about the last placing. It will be the same with the next one.
Do you not know City about the former AIM listed now bust? Maybe you are the clueless one but I think a handsome cash extraction was made there also. AIM raises are like a drug or addition to certain types............ hence my username
City If you buy based on CEO due diligence then you would not buy MOS based on former CEO AIM history would you? Easy research. What track record do you think there is? Leopard + their spots come to mind.
That South African dude said he very much enjoyed the Heroes hospitality. Its always very good he said. ME and his cheque book eh. Roley fled TG, why?????
Toffee does this event involve a phone call?
They only reported unaudited revenues on the 4th August to say how much they have gone up as they were working up a placing shortly after. Actual results where you see the true performance didn't come until last minute on the 30 Dec. It would he refreshing if they came out now with unaudited revenue and cash maybe with a general honest update. Just a bit of transparency is all that is needed.
Which alias of the TR1 are we to believe. He had conversations with himself on this board. He has obvious delusions and is blinkered with MOS trying to save face. Twice at least he was not told about the placings. Another could be cooking right now and he be pants down again. Has left telegram maybe 7 or 8 times as can't handle it. Really stable guy you have as your leading TR1.
Its not a matter of asking the club to provide a load of pictures with some tickets and buying a few corporate packages to offer along with the NFT drop. I would think each client needs multiple round table engagements with MOS at the centre. That is a lot of time needed with each client. Sometimes the meetings will be hard to obtain as the top level people are always .........busy. The MOS team will need serious resource to look credible to Bitso to close the process out with the clients. They have to be careful it does not fall apart if its just Tom and Mark doing everything in their little offices. A few £mil in the bank would do no harm to level up. Might be just some of the justification that comes soon. Bitso could make a strategic investment though and that would sort everthing but so far we have paid them as usual.
what threat? you have displayed the same bullishness each time several things are due to be coming but do not highlight the cost side to the deals. when the detail of the rns comes we see the sting in the tail with up front payments etc. now mos have to share the revenue at least three ways with bitso in the mix so require 50% more revenue to maintain current loss levels. what is needed to get to profit is even more. plus bitso will only be as good as the content fed to them. they will not do all the heavy lifting. mos will have to up their inputs to deliver as surely they do not want to look amateurish. could be a cracker with a few million more in the bank to propel it the way its needed. problem is the cash here and now is very likely not enough so the pumping efforts are in play on all fronts! good luck but new investors should be careful on timing their entry. shame two placing pots ****ed out the window.
Well if the upcoming RNS are clear and not obscure or leave the market second guessing then he wouldn't be as busy. So many deals over years and still making losses. Tell us the cash, revenues or give us a sense of planned profits from the deals??? Pumas was supposed to be $25m over 5 years.... what a load of bull.
Next three months there most definitely will be a raise, by end of August likely. It has been spun that cash is above an unknown forecast so the optimistic are saying £900k which is still a dropping situation. Look at run rates and cash is more likely to be closer to £0.5m than £1m. The lower it gets the bigger the discount so they will have to move soon. If they were positive or even sensing it was close they would be shouting it from the roof tops. If bitso is a different level of gravy then to match them MOS will have to up their inputs and resources and that will be the justification.
Extracting cash from AIM investors can be addition for CEOs. Look at history of their former AIM companies that went bang. Easy research.
