MOS changed broker as they were FK-ED off at the former Peterhouse placing antics. This tells you they hope Panmure will create a better outcome for MOS in the next raise. This is their primary function for MOS and money will be spent now on their broker note to dress up what they can. I can't see them writing financial projections or giving a price target. It will be just a write up of the current partnerships and a load of waffle. Something is going to be coreographed anyway to try and support a raise imo. Panmure also will not want to screw their clients into a spike as that would do their reputation damage. Based on current revenues dropping and a current loss maker, you cannot surely say this is undervalued imo.
