Amazon has put alot of business lights out as they have moved in on their turf so not necessarily a good thing.
There for sure meeting new friends. 20+ more contracts to close out yet but it depends on the cheque book. I imagine most want the up front cash as opposed to shares and is probably why the contract RNS have slowed down..... that or they cost too much up front and MOS are holding back again..
Placing pump
The KRUNCH acquisition was the life style component. £7/800k of dilution in case the CEO took it elsewhere. Not very loyal actions at all but rather a CEO looking after himself. Divide that payment over 3/4 years and they have done quite alright for being little old MOS employees.
Wouldn't advise any LTH to watch that guzz. All sorts wrong with the justifications on the raise. Judge us in 24 weeks time Nigel said with all the amazing things to come. Just shows how much they will spin a raise at the time. Crazy crazy
The CEO is a dxxk. Thinks he underpaid.. What does KRUNCH do for MOS? No matter Nigel also a dxxk for being sucked in by the story sold to him by the tech guys but no surprise, look at the accounting errors at Deepverge. Shareholders please don't be made into d1ld0s yourselves by these leeches. City past point of no return so no point listening to him.
Moved on to EFC and F1 guzz keep up. CEO is so underpaid.
Epstein thinks he is underpaid and hence he got the committee to confirm rates of pay are below market norms. He will make sure he gets his pound of flesh before the shareholders and that's the problem with this share.
Notice the reference to cash burn. Didn't want it to increase it further.
Silver the F1 sold out is a headline ramp tactic that this board has used many times. Unless we know the subsequent distributions / costs its just a revenue addition with no meaningful substance to understanding bottom line impact. Whats the cash next week when entering the May period. £1-1.2m?
So prediction on telegram of a possible new partnership with some contracts along with? Just hearsay but normally there is something behind it based on those posting. What will that will look like? Ground breaking new revenues for sure will be the pump order of the day but will it just be the headlines? These things are normally lined up to justify a raise in my opinion and then the partner distrubutions and costs are what kills MOS. But hey growth is growth eh? Big buyer coming, when lambo.
Strategic for mos or the Mexicans. Note more money has been paid out to Mexico than brought in.
So if bottle service is $200k normally and MOS sell it with a graphic for $202k it's a great revenue pump. But do you not think they at least have to distribute the $200k out to the people who normally get it? Watch the cash is the only way to gauge here. Per telegram its "fine" which is not very comforting terminology.
They have moved away from 3 monthly reporting to 6 monthly. I wonder why?
Moved away from saying nowhere to hide with NFT sales being public to the term direct invoicing
Cash on 1st May would be interesting to know which is just over a week away.
Buy back cheaper??? What a *** guzzler is for having a holding and for trying to buy back cheaper when it's going to keep falling. In what world will this go cash positive? Listen to yourself for once man and your own arguments.
Anything can happen on AIM for sure. This could tank to 0.06p next placing and more likely than your 2p nonsense.
Invested now there is a word. GFIN, TAPPIT, 11 WICKETS, Fanzine & of course the much needed investment in Krunch for risk of them (the MD) going elsewhere????? Why would you screw your own company or use it as logic for a raise to pay yourself. All investments these are
The direction of cash flow needs pointing out sometimes. When we sell a pass we have to pay back out a fair chunk to the club / star. Revenue hype can be very misleading.
I think you will find that Gaby was paid to put that logo on her bag
