The direction of cash flow needs pointing out sometimes. When we sell a pass we have to pay back out a fair chunk to the club / star. Revenue hype can be very misleading.

What are you talking about. They have only delivered losses so far. There is no end to the amount of deals MOS can do as they throw money at them. When will cash be positive on a set of annual statements? The answer is never, and no one will pay the sums you are talking about for a buy out. If it's such a steal they would take it early but all that's coming is a placing. Buy out is a pipe dream.

Guzzler going to do some whining when he starts a 3rd holding pot at 0.08 average due to the upcoming placing. He is going nowhere that is clear to be seen.

Better be no raise soon with this poor volume insiders can't even forward sell. Discount will be very large and they were burnt last time.

Will the JV or partnership being referred to "like a dapperlabs" by Steady poster bring up front cash or require it. MOS will be closer to £1m cash end of April. Will the insiders like city and roley be told every detail or like before not know the cost side of things which has led to dropping price after every deal hyped as they get too excited before a " big deal".

What's the cash now Roley boy. 1.2m after the month end cheques? Closer to 1m end of April unless MOS is cash positive but hold on that's not forecast until 2024. No need for concert effort, Patt apparently made his money already, hard to believe also but who cares. Bear case strong regardless. Deals galore and placings galore. More of the same on the way no doubt.

Patt guzz and I. Doesn't seem like a professional concert party to me. Just individuals posting points. City and yourself as much on our team. Your posts are great. No doubt you have two accounts here too roley to talk to yourself.

MOS can't obviously get the scale needed quick enough so they need a big brother to make it work and accelerate revenues. If MOS can't make it work big brother is only going to come in and say we will take it off your hands or jog on little old MOS (low ball offer). Or a partnership will involve them having a very large cut which means even less margin for MOS once the artist and partner get their share (10% maybe to MOS). Granted a big brother will increase revenues but costs will also go up instantly to aid the partnership mark my word. So we currently need about £4m revenue to break even. You might be talking £6/7m if we get a partner. Start pushing sales above that with a good partner then we might look at buying here, post obvious placing. Long way to go, very long

Why tail between legs. Another deal? There have been loads this last 2 years several already dead in the water like tappit and fanzine. What is special about the next? Is MOS paid a lump of money up front? I doubt it. Rev share, just more of the same. Maybe a deal with dapper but how much will little old Mos actually get or will they need a placing to justify another move in such a deal? Or maybe we are bought out but only imagine someone paying £1m for the ****show, maybe less

MOS is too tin pot to be able to short silver. You should be busy with looking after your clients with all the drops you are running. The mos team look here on these boards far too often which tells you everything. Can't even leave that to their lemmings city and roley.
