My view:
Find a stock that meets the following criteria:
1) It boomed in past 2 years - everyone got excited.
2) Then it crashed recently and drowned in negative sentiment
3) Then it has been drifting for a while near a baseline, slowly bleeding the sp as everyone got bored.

If there's still a solid underlying business, buy and multibag when the market corrects itself.

Great post UKPrivate : Agree with those sentiments. At some point, this will turn quite sharply. They are spanking MM at the moment, but if he keeps producing the goods as he has always delivered, we are all good.

Plenty of ii investors think the company is now oversold, given that THG was the third most-bought stock on our platform in October. Analysts at Goldman Sachs and Barclays agree with them after issuing updated price targets of 675p and 660p as recently as last week.

Their recommendations were updated after THG said momentum in its Ingenuity business continued to build during the third quarter, with reported revenue growth of 131% year-on-year and a record number of clients acquired in the period.

Maybe more days of heavy selling BUT some signs at the end of the tunnel that there is a spark of light.
