I personally do not think anything specific will be announced this week, but I do think deals will be announced later in Q1. My reasoning is that a number of suitors have/are reviewing the data and all that entails, which definitely takes considerable time and it has only been 4 months since announcements. To get the best deal, does not mean accepting the 1st/2nd/offer on the table. It means reviewing all offers AFTER ALL potential partnres have had the time to conduct DD, and at this stage I do not believe that will have been possible from a timeline perspective.

If however, a phenomenal offer is tabled, maybe, maybe the IMM board will consider, but I believe until all have reviewed we will hear nothing, which in my opinion is the correct approach.

Shareholder best interests is not picking any offer, it is selecting the best offer and then deciding.

Still, very exciting times ahead and nobody knows when the major red dot will appear.

Plus xviolet, only missed the statistical thresholds for success by a smidgeon, but now we know a lot more AND how to stratify and identify particular good responders/targetting !!!! Future is golden for p140.

PS the data is prepped for publishing but will not be in scientific journals whilst still a lot of detailed DD reviews etc etc etc

Nobody knows when the 1st deal will arrive, but I believe it will arrive when least expected and then ......................

IMM has undertaken many actions and advanced its core mission of delivering P140 to patients. These actions include leadership changes, organisational changes (including our French scientists), strengthened long-term value with MoA proven and verified externally. Expect publication in next few months, after the DD room analysis by numerous parties. Created a diagnostic tool to de-risk future trials in P3 (whoever will be doing them, have a feeling it will be our 'partner', and filed a 20-year patent to enhance attractiveness.

Removed artificial deadlines and prioritized securing the best deal rather than the quickest. While delays and perceived over-optimism have caused frustration among some investors, committed shareholders WILL benefit as the company progresses toward its ultimate goal.

Patience as Mr Buffet always said. I remember everyone on BB's slagging off RR and that has done exceptionally well in past few years.

Our time is coming and I believe we will be very happy.

26p in 26 hopefully announced Q1

When the red dot arrives about deal (in whatever format and structure), the share price will rise immediately to over 25p immediately before actual trading commences.

I anticipate will be complete before end of Q1

People do actually have friends/colleagues etc etc that will have specific knowledge. I do know of a pharmaceutical company (in the top 10) who are in the process of DD at IMM. So although, I do not know which company Soarsie is referencing, the simple truth is that he/she are in fact making a legitimate and valid comment. And, yes, the are stating that they will not disclose who, which does keep to the rules of LSE !!

PS I believe, that it WAS stated in an RNS that parties are conducting DD, so what is your problem. Cheer up and keep to your trading strategies !!

I base my share deals on a more strategic analysis, in the case of IMM, I judge performance YTD +375%

IMO this is an excellent RoR . Next year my forecast based on strategic analysis for 12 month is minimum of +650% growth fro current SP.

Has kept me very profitable over past 30 years with nice portfolio. Wish you well with your charts.
