Just had a quick scan of another of your detailed chart analysis at which you invest considerable time.

Snapshot over past 12 months this share has in anatomical ECG terms (think relevant point indicators, QT, QRS, PR) flatlined and is in dire straits for your 'simple' terms and untradeable. But you continue. Gives me an indication of your technical abilities. Wish you good trading !!

Popeye62 : Just add a little top up myself of 65,000 @6.8p. I am heavily invested and continue to top up, just sold 431 of my AZN for £138 and change for £60K and will continue to drip feed at this 6-7 range.

With respect to the deal mentioned this morning re-Eli Lilly/Repertoire> this was an upfront payment of £62.5 million then up to $1.84 billion more for certain development and commercial milestones, as well as tiered royalties on net sales. What must be remembered and is very important is that Decode platform looks at how T cells recognize and bind to specific targets on diseased cells and hopefully, then provides the information that helps convert into a protein therapeutic. The crux is that this work is STILL in the early DISCOVERY stage i.e. has NOT reached the pre-clinical stage of the development program yet.

Preclinical studies are designed to identify a lead candidate from several hits; develop the best procedure for new drug scale-up; select the best formulation; determine the route, frequency, and duration of exposure; and ultimately support the intended clinical trial design. Preclinical regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals can vary, but both have some common features. Rodent and nonrodent mammalian species are used to delineate the pharmacokinetic profile and general safety, as well as to identify toxicity patterns of pharmaceuticals. For biopharmaceuticals, appropriate preclinical studies should take into consideration the use of a relevant animal species, since the species routinely used for preclinical safety evaluation of pharmaceuticals may not express the epitope for a biopharmaceutical. Preclinical studies identify potential target organs of toxicity and define the therapeutic index to set the initial starting doses in clinical trials.

We all now what we have in p140 and so do some top 10 pharma now under CDA's and protected priority patent protection and at the Clinical Phase 3 stage for SLE etc etc, and now with a very selective diagnostic tool blah blah blah DYOR !!!!

This is why we will be very pleasantly surprised when the news arrives. Eli Lilly/Repertoire have been planning this deal and DD since last June 25, FACT !!

I can only imagine how big pharma are currently trying to get their greasy paws on this first in Class peptide.

I said a while back that I personally did not think anything specific would be announced this week, but I do think deals will be announced later in Q1. My reasoning is that a number of suitors have/are reviewing the data and all that entails, which definitely takes considerable time and it has only been 4 months since announcements. To get the best deal, does not mean accepting the 1st/2nd/offer on the table. It means reviewing all offers AFTER ALL potential partnres have had the time to conduct DD, and at this stage I do not believe that will have been possible from a timeline perspective.

If however, a phenomenal offer is tabled, maybe, maybe the IMM board will consider, but I believe until all have reviewed we will hear nothing, which in my opinion is the correct approach.

Shareholder best interests is not picking any offer, it is selecting the best offer and then deciding.

Still, very exciting times ahead and nobody knows when the major red dot will appear.

I tend to agree with that forecast as a more realistic timeline for my expectations. We will get the normal negativity and drift back towards the 6p mark over the next few days. If so, I will release funds from other shares and buy another half million shares in IMM. Ready for all eventualities.
